Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(double folding bed, CD player, stereo unit), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), dishwasher, heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, air to air heatpump

Holiday cottage located on a large natural plot on a cul-de-sac close to the shore. The house has open concept kitchen and large living room with lighting from 3 angles. There are 2 bedrooms of which one has a 160 cm wide double bed and the other a single bed. On the west-facing terrace you can enjoy the warm summer evenings and the sunsets. There are no neighbours to the south-east which means you can enjoy nature and the rich wildlife with e.g. deer and pheasants. No letting to youth groups.

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
