We were there in the winter so it wasn't that bad, but in the summer I wouldn't want to sit in front of a construction site and the noise isn't everyone's cup of tea when the windows are open. The streets are very dirty because of the construction vehicles. Direct access to the beach is not possible because there is a construction site there. The pool room has no windows that can be opened, which isn't great either. The pool cannot be set to a temperature (the water got warmer and warmer in our case and the room got stuffier because the windows couldn't be opened). Price/performance is OK for this period and I would come back, but if I had booked the house in a more expensive period I would have been annoyed.
