Spacious, modern and energy-friendly cottage with swimming pool and whirlpool and various activities located in Bratten Strand. This cottage from 2020 is built in high quality with stylish decor and everything in modern equipment. There is a large, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and living area & # 8211; a lovely room with high ceilings and windows, where the North Jutland light provides a good amount of light. In the pool, the children can splash and the adults relax in the whirlpool or sauna or you meet for a game of table football. There are three bedrooms and a spacious loft. The cottage is super energy optimized with i.a. air / water heat pump that makes it cheap in consumption. The cottage is located on a secluded natural plot with shelter from the large trees, where there is a multi-lane. On the terrace you can enjoy all the summer sun hours with relaxation, sunbathing, barbecue meals and a glass of cool wine from the wine cabinet in the kitchen on the warm evenings. There is a play tower with swings + slide for the kids. The cottage is located in some of North Jutland's most beautiful nature in the very popular Bratten. Here there is plenty of space between the cottages, and the wildlife can be experienced up close. Not for rent to youth groups.

Everything around was perfect for us as a family with 2 adults and 4 children between 4 and 13 - pool, outdoor area, indoor hot tub, sauna, facilities, everything sufficient in the kitchen, layout of the rooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, internet smooth, but above all: the sea and beautiful paths right at the doorstep, Bratten Strand very nice, with a lovely playground, toilets, small shop, and restaurant, Beautiful excursions nearby, Fits!

The house had a really great equipment (pool, sauna, beautiful kitchen, several TVs, dartboard, table football, play equipment in the garden, beach volleyball court, etc.). Theoretically, the house also has a grill, but it was so dirty that we didn't want to use it and a not very appetizing coffee machine, because it was old and never cleaned or descaled. Something must have gone wrong with the final cleaning of the previous tenants, but our complaint in this regard was handled very professionally and we received a (small) compensation. We were very satisfied with the house itself, the surroundings, and the customer service from DanCenter.

The building services technology specifically for the indoor pool, thanks to the ventilation system no chlorine smell in the house, no fogged windows, and a particularly warm pool for Danish holiday homes (with relatively low electricity costs at the same time).
