Värmlandsgård dating from the 19th century. Here is space and culture in the same place. The property has a living area of about 200 m2 and with 20,000 m2 of land bordering nature. Completely individual without neighbors. Room for 8 people in solid beds. Two toilets, one being built as an outdoor toilet, but also completely modern. Functioning wood stove in the kitchen and with 2 more wood-burning stoves in the house as a complement to air heating and electricity means that this yard can be rented well into the season. Firewood is included in the rent. Smaller but efficient water heater! (approx. 50 liters) The entire property is reminiscent of times gone by and is filled with details that make you feel the wings of history. An experience just to go exploring indoors. Outdoors in the nature of Värmland, there is a covered patio housed in part of the older "Häbre". The old earth cellar has become a wine cellar with space to sit down during wine tasting and on the plot there is also the most recently newly built "smokehouse" in Sweden with space for living and also a simple sleeping place if you want to experience it .. (unheated) A fantastic Värmlandsgård where you will be able to enjoy with all your senses But also close to community and service. Near the border to Norway and all the beautiful places to visit in Värmland.
