Description

The vollausgestattene apartment (204, 207 or 302) with balcony offers space for 5 persons (4 adults and one child). It has a living room with sofa possibility, 1 bedroom, bathroom with toilet and shower. The traveling with children will find in the apartment a travel cot and high chair (must be ordered earlier - is not always directly in the apartment).

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a pull-out sofa, bed linen, coffee table, wardrobe, armchair, RTV devices. Central heating is also available. These exit to the balcony.

BEDROOM:
A double bed, bed linen, cabinet.

KITCHEN / KITCHEN:
A table with 4 chairs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hobs, fridge / freezer, glasses, cooking utensils, pans, utensils.

BAD:
Shower, toilet, washbasin, Hair-dryer, mirror, towels.

MULTIMEDIA:
Cable TV (about 3 German channels), CD and DVD players, fast wireless Internet connection.

PETS:
Allowed - cats, dogs, small animals nail.

PARKING SPOT:
Parking space verfuegbar (former reservation required, additional cost).

The apartment house is located about 50m from the beach promenade and 100 meters from a sandy beach! In the neighborhood are numerous restaurants, children's playground, cafes, grocery stores etc. All Infrastructural facilities are within walking distance for the guest.

Very nice vacation apartment on a great island.

We were on the island of Wolin for the first time and were totally impressed! We can recommend apartment No. 2 with the large balcony to everyone. Cleanliness, service, furnishings and of course the unique location, everything is almost perfect here (the pool is not included in the rental price, stupid). We will come back again in the autumn!

Family holiday

We, a family with 2 children (10 and 13 years old), spent a week in Swinoujscie in May/June. Our stay was without reservation recommendable - apart from the beautiful city, great beaches, and the not so magnificent Polish roads, it was simply fantastic. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, specifically equipped, and although it was a bit tight with 4 people, the good location of the apartment justified the small inconvenience. Definitely not our last time - a heartfelt thank you to our hosts!

Beach and adventure holiday in Poland

Thanks to the beautifully furnished apartment, we were able to enjoy a wonderful adventure holiday. We were warmly welcomed, and Kamil was always there to help with tips, directions, and language when we had any small or big problems. The apartment left nothing to be desired with the fantastic view and the sound of the sea! Our rental car was safely parked in the parking lot, and the locals welcomed us warmly. The beach is very close and ideal for swimming and hiking trips. You can also enjoy delicious fish dishes. We really enjoyed our vacation in Swinoujscie, where time sometimes seems to stand still. Great for young couples who need some relaxation!

At least the apartment

So the apartment was the only good thing about the trip. More than enough space for a couple, everything necessary inside, clean, well located, etc. However, I didn't like Poland at all, the people are annoying, the food is horrible, and the weather was also terrible. Although the owner Kamil directed us to the national park, where it was somewhat interesting, and was always charming on the phone or in person, overall the vacation was bad. The apartment A+, honestly one must admit.

Correctly good.

We stayed in the house in early April, and I can assure everyone – it is worth the price. First, I must say, a fantastically equipped pool complex, the sauna is well-maintained and clean, truly European standard. The apartment itself was very cozy and quiet, we slept well and undisturbed. The beach was not in the best condition, my daughter cut her foot on a broken beer bottle, but thanks to the owner we quickly found a good hospital. Therefore, caution and good foot protection are recommended on the beach. Overall, a really great and affordable vacation. Hopefully, there will be room for us next year :)

Happy to come back, nice landlords

The vacation rental is very nice, quiet location, about 100m to the promenade, 200m to the water/Baltic Sea with a beautiful, broad beach. Everything is in good quality and clean. We can recommend the apartment. The beautiful surroundings, the harbor, and the swimming pool or sauna in the building provide variety. The landlord was very friendly, provided information on all questions, and was almost always available. Also recommended inexpensive restaurants to us.

free time activities: Die Nachbarinsel Wollin war interessant.

We really liked it there and I think we will spend some quiet days there more often. The only downside was that German was not spoken at the reception, but fortunately English worked well.

We stayed over New Year's Eve 2010/2011 in this property in Apartment 204. Very nice apartment with kitchenette and bathroom, modernly furnished, very clean and bright, with parking on the property. . . . The reception service is always reachable if there are any questions or help is needed. The house is equipped with video surveillance. The swimming pool in the basement is very spacious, with a whirlpool and sauna. everything is fine, you can organize everything through registration
Towels and bed linen were as agreed and abundantly available.
only a table with chairs was missing in the apartment... but that didn't bother us as we always ate out
there are many good restaurants nearby... focus more on the small ones, they are better than the big ones

Outside charming, inside dirty

The property looks good from the outside and in the pictures. However, when we arrived, it seemed that the room had not been cleaned. The fridge was moldy, and the cutlery, glasses, pots, and plates were not clean. We visited during the low season, and the house was quite empty. Nevertheless, we were put in a room with a view of a construction site and no sunshine. The heating was also not working. Our room was cleaned again after our complaint. Still no recommendation for the fall.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Swinemünde war schöner als erwartet, jedoch überteuert und auf deutsche Urlauber (Euro Zahler) wird wenig eingegangen.

free time activities: Der Strand ist wunderschön und lädt zu langen Strandspaziergängen ein.

shopping facilities: Die deutsche Grenze ist nicht weit, daher haben wir nicht in Polen eingekauft.

Wir haben waehrend des Aufenthalts vom Mieter leider keine Informationen bekommen, dass irgendwas nicht gestimmt hat. Der Kuehlschrank und die ganze Wohnung haben wir selbst (Vermieter) gereinigt, erst am Abreisetag, als es zu der Bezahlung kam, haben wir eine Liste bekommen, die unserer Meinung nach nicht gestimmt hat. Es handelt sich in diesem Fall um Reklamationstourismus. Ansonsten in den Tagen wo der Gast in der Wohnung war, war es regnerisch, wie kann man dann die Sonne erwarten? Es gab baustelle 2 Grundstuecke weite, das stimmt, die Promenade ist jetzt aber fertig umgebaut.
Heizung ging ganz normall, man musste nur die Heikoerper aufmachen oder wenn man nicht weiss wie das geht den Vermieter fragen.
Wir sind immer fast rund um die Uhr fuer unsere Gaeste zur Verfuegung.
