Well-appointed cottage by Asserbo. The house's pool section contains a large swimming pool, swimming coach, large built - in whirlpool and sauna with room for 6-8 people. The swimming pool is 18 m & # 178; and with slide for children's enjoyment. In the activity room, table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis can be played. There are several TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation4 and DVD player. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping areas. One bedroom has extra long beds (220 cm). Each section has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom in connection with the pool section. The dining / living room is tastefully decorated with stereo with CD player, TV, high chair, sofa area and wood burning stove. In addition, 2 large and spacious lofts; a sleeping loft with four extra beds and an activity / play loft. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, freezer, two ovens and two dishwashers, so the common cooking and dishes go like a breeze. Outdoors there is also space for fun and games. You will find a buried trampoline, sandpit, swing and football goal as well as a campfire in the garden. On the partially covered terrace you can grill and enjoy warm summer evenings. Frying can / must not be used for frying in this house. Approx. 500 m from the house you will find Zealand's longest mountain bike trail of 28 km. The trail takes you around the Tisvilde Hegn area in different terrain (blue trail). The track can be divided into smaller sections and driven on both gravel paths and forest paths. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.

The property is very generously shaped, ideal also with a dog. The location is top. Close to water and an hour by car to Copenhagen. The furnishings need to be adjusted a bit. Kitchen helpers and bathroom accessories. Recommendations: visit the beach and surrounding places and definitely visit Copenhagen with Tivoli.
