Holiday home with whirlpool and attractive location in the cozy surroundings of Lønstrup. Here is meticulous for every detail and holds all the possibilities for a good holiday at all times of the year. The cottage is well furnished in a modern style with a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms and a loft. The living room contains both a sofa group with TV and a dining room. In the living room you will also find TV, Chromecast and TV with international channels. The kitchen is well equipped i.a. with modern induction hob. The well-equipped cottage has cheap heating via air / water heat pump and a cozy wood stove in the living room. There are BWT systems that soften all water and remove lime. Washer and dryer are in separate laundry room. There is an ironing board and an iron in the cottage. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person. There are two good bathrooms, one with whirlpool for relaxation after an active day in the area. Throughout the house there is underfloor heating. There is a high chair and weekend bed. From the living room there is direct access to the large terrace area. Two terraces are covered and then there is a large, open terrace around most of the house. Here is always the opportunity to find sun or shade as well as ample opportunity for barbecue, relaxation and coziness. There is a lot of garden furniture. The plot is a flat cottage plot with lawn, and for the children there are set up swings and football goals. There is a charger for electric cars, but bring your own converter. Not for rent to youth groups.

The house is modern and very cozy and well-equipped / The TV program only has 2 German channels ARD and ZDF. Even after intense complaints on our part, the owner and the DAN Center cannot or do not want to switch to common German TV programs PAY TV ????? The TV error message was always Smartcard or code not found / The internet is very slow and the router crashed for 4 days, which I could only fix after searching for the router in the plaster cupboard and restarting it / Not a house for home office and internet users !!!!!!!!

The house is lovingly furnished, the room layout is well thought out. There is a great surround sound system with additional speakers in the bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house has several terraces, you can follow the sun from east to west. The carport with attached bike room and laundry room is unique. If there are any problems, the homeowner takes care of them immediately. We can only recommend the house.

We liked everything about this house! It is super modern furnished, creates a welcoming coziness, and leaves nothing to be desired! The outdoor area also invites you to linger with modern furniture, creating a perfect holiday atmosphere.
