Cottage with whirlpool and sauna, built in 1996 and renovated in 2015, located by Humble. From the living room and the terrace there is a view over Marstalbugten to Ærø and Ristinge Klint with a beautiful sunset over the sea. Modern and well-equipped kitchen department with i.a. dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is an extra freezer of 80 liters in the shed. The well-furnished living room contains i.a. energy saving air / air heat pump, wood stove, 43 & quot; Smart TV with satellite dish. There is also free Wi-Fi. Walls and ceilings are clad with light, lye-treated pine. Bathroom with heated tiled floor, shower, combined washer and dryer and 2-person whirlpool. From the bathroom there is access to the sauna. The cottage's sleeps are divided into two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. In addition, 2 beds in alcove in the living room. Cot, high chair and sandpit and swing for the smallest holiday guests. Large terraces allow you to find sun or shade all day. There is Weber gas and ball grill. The house is located on a garden plot with trees and hedges approx. 250 m from the water, where you can start the bathing trip in the summer with a main jump from the bathing jetty.
