We were there for a week with 3 children and a dog. There was enough space in the holiday home for the whole family and the first impression was very positive, but this changed after a short time. We have often stayed in holiday homes on Jutland and Zealand and have some experience. As a family, you are used to improvising and not getting bogged down in small details. For this reason, we have never had to contact the service during a stay. First, unfortunately, the negative in a nutshell: Both toilets were dirty from the previous occupant (diarrhea), urine had dried in front of one toilet and smelled strongly due to the small, warm room. It is inconceivable to us how something like this could have been overlooked. In the kitchen, grease dripped from the extractor hood onto the stove. The trays in the stove were all very dirty. The couch was saggy in places (something must have broken in the couch), under the same There was a large dried drink stain on the tiles on the couch. We only discovered this stain by chance because our child is learning to crawl. In the large bathroom, the whirlpool was a disaster. The children were happy, but 3 of the 4 large jets didn't work. All of the jets were completely calcified. The drain must have been blocked (at least 15 minutes to empty - cleaning was a real pain) and the shower head was broken, so the water sprayed in all directions. If the house is booked according to the corresponding equipment, this is of course extremely annoying. The sum of all of this actually only prompted us to contact Dancenter. Unfortunately, the communication was pretty unsatisfactory because the only offer was to have the dirt cleaned up by a service team. Unfortunately, the communication was unsatisfactory because the only offer was to have the cleaning done by a service team. On the one hand, I do not want to wait for a team for a long time on vacation, and on the other hand, I would not leave the dirt in the house until the cleaning team arrives (as described by the service for evidence) and let the children use dirty toilets. We would have been satisfied with Dancenter taking over the final cleaning or offering a future voucher or a small price discount. Unfortunately, there was nothing, just standard phrases and a reference to internal policies. Oh, installing a heat pump adjacent to the bedroom is not very well thought out for those who like a constant humming sound... The airplane toilets were certainly installed to save water, a good approach, but the children were initially afraid to flush and later only did so with their hands over their ears. Flushing at night is also not great. After consultation with fejo.dk, Dancenter's service could be activated again, but only a standard PDF with an apology and a rejection was received from a service center in India. We have never experienced such poor and uncooperative service before. NEVER AGAIN DANCENTER! Overall, we felt very comfortable if the problem of cleanliness had not been an issue and the poor condition of the hot tub. For over 900 euros per week (off-season, more than double in high season), cleanliness is the minimum. Appliances and furniture can be worn out and even break spontaneously, but you can expect that for this price, things will be repaired or replaced if they are repeatedly requested.

Travel period: 10 days at the end of September
Negative: The heating was not individually adjustable, at the end of September we had an average temperature of about 24 degrees in all rooms (despite opening the skylights and terrace doors: recommendation given in the information provided in the house). Upon arrival, we had 30 degrees. So, if you like it warm in the house, this is the right place for you. Personally, we missed a terrace cover and a can opener. The external cleanliness was good, but the kitchen drawers and pots should be checked occasionally as they smelled strongly of grease.
Positive: The house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The property is well maintained, offers plenty of space, and if you're lucky, you may get a visit from deer that enjoy the blackberries.
General information: At the end of September, many restaurants and cafes are only open to a limited extent or not at all. If there is no information about Lolland in the house, be sure to pick up the small free book about Lolland Falster at the tourist information. It is informative and guided us well through Lolland.
