Functional, combined living and dining room with kitchen area. Exit to magnificent open and covered terrace with opening to the garden. In the bathroom you will find the whirlpool, and from here there is direct access to the sauna. Alcove in the living room with double sleeping space, where the children can really frolic. There is an air / air heat pump that can both lower or raise the indoor temperature. Lovely enclosed garden with sandpit, swing and playhouse. Shed with 98 liter freezer. Carport and tool room with fish cleaning table. No pets are allowed. Not for rent to youth groups.
