Changeover day in 2022 is Friday. - Charming cottage in a quiet area with a really nice location on a plot with height differences. You can always enjoy the time from the viewing bench high on the grounds. Lovely bright living room with wood burning stove and heat pump is in open connection with the kitchen and has a good dining area. 3 good bedrooms, bathroom on the ground floor. Lovely bright TV room with access to balcony and bedroom as well as guest toilet on the 1st floor. Lovely terraces where you can enjoy the sun. Nice distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Free final cleaning.
