From here there is access to the garden room and out to the terrace. Renovated kitchen. The house is heated with air / water heat pump. Located on a 726 m & # 178; large plot where there is a landscaped garden where the sun can be enjoyed all day. Ålbæk harbor, with its lovely harbor environment and art in the old shipyards' buildings, is a short walk down the road. Not for rent to youth groups.
