This cozy 44 m² holiday home on Enø was modernized in 2024 to offer a bright, contemporary retreat with vaulted ceilings and stylish new furnishings. Located just 100 meters from the coast, the house features an east-facing morning terrace where you can enjoy a glimpse of the water and views of the nearby park. The interior is designed for comfort, equipped with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove for atmospheric evenings.
The layout includes a bedroom with two single beds and additional sleeping space on a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The functional kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric cooker and microwave, while the modern bathroom was also updated in 2024. For those who love the water, a scenic path leads to a swimming pier in just 8 minutes, and popular fishing spots are only 800 meters away.
Set on a 640 m² natural plot with mature trees, the property offers a secluded terrace perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in private. While the setting is peaceful and quiet, local restaurants and shopping facilities are just a short 2 km drive away. This non-smoking home is an ideal base for a coastal getaway. Good facilities, good, quiet location, clean, contrary to the description but no bedroom, only a sleeping niche and therefore poorly ventilated, typical Danish black roof, heats up quite well in summer, air conditioning is available.
