First unit

Living room: SAT/TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, fireplace, pull-out couch (160 x 200), access to the terrace and pool
First floor: double room (air conditioning, safe, beds 2 x 80 x 200) with en suite shower room (shower, toilet), access to the terrace that connects both units. Double room (air conditioning, bed 180 x 220) with en suite shower room (shower, toilet). Storage room (ironing set).

Second unit

Located on the western coast of Istria, in the small place of Kloštar, villa Marko offers a tranquil holiday experience in rural atmosphere. The nearest grocery store, bakery, ambulance, doctor, bank, fish market and beach can be found in Vrsar, at 8,5 km distance from the villa. The house is placed only few km from the famous Lim-channel where you can find an excellent offer of mussels and oysters in the local restaurants.
