The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2020 and is rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: court.

Delnice, 706 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the garage, the carport and on the property, the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (guarded).
