With great attention to detail, the owner has furnished this apartment very tastefully and comfortably
As soon as you enter 'Sunrise' you feel the pleasant and quiet atmosphere - a place to feel good. The apartment is located on a car-free street.
The terrace is directly on the water with a view of the boats.
On the ground floor there is the living room with TV (several German TV channels), open kitchen and dining table and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The ground floor has a beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating.
On the upper floor you will find the beautiful, spacious and very lovingly furnished bedroom with double bed and beautiful view of the dike.
You can park for free at about 50 meters. You can load and unload in front of the apartment.
