Beautiful Provençal villa on the Côte d'Azur-- enjoy the magnificent view of the sea, Saint-Tropez, the castle and the medieval village of Grimaud. The house is newly renovated, very tastefully furnished and beautifully located in a quiet area. A dream.
The villa is built on a slope and has 2 levels: (1) On the upper floor there is the entrance area with wardrobe, the spacious living room with fireplace as well as the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen. All rooms open onto a large terrace with views to the sea, the castle, the living room has a small extra area: here you find the master bedroom (also with views to the bay) with shower room and a small study with sofa. (2) On the lower floor you find the guest area: here are 2 comfortable guest bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. The guest rooms are both at ground level and face the garden with a beautiful view of the valley, the old olive tree and the southern garden.
From the house you go down some steps and reach the large pool (4x8m), which is terraced and surrounded by southern plants. Here you can spend whole afternoons reading, sunbathing, swimming ! The outdoor shower refreshes if necessary

very beautiful house, but with significant limitation during our time period
great house in a great location. unfortunately, it was not very clean and felt a bit cluttered, and there were lizards that had eaten through the wall. they were everywhere in the apartment, a lot of droppings, and the children only wanted to sleep in the closed tent in the living room. Mr. Loretz was eager to help but couldn't do much. the pool and garden are an absolute dream and the view from the terrace is very nice. still, unfortunately not again.

The best and most beautiful holiday home out of a series of more than 25 houses that we have rented in the last 25 years.
A beautifully situated villa, tastefully equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances. Everything you could wish for is available (dishes, appliances, linens, tools, etc.). Great view over Grimaud and the Gulf of St. Tropez. Very beautiful, well-kept, and large garden. We enjoyed using the comfortable gas grill on the terrace with dining table. Nice contact with the landlord and caretaker. Both gave us good tips for excursions and restaurants. CONCLUSION: We felt at home in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We can highly recommend the house.

Wonderful family vacation in Grimaud
The Villa Mer-Soleil offers everything for a perfect vacation. The beautiful living ambiance contributes immensely to relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with many high-quality utensils and is perfect for cooking, the high-quality gas grill on the terrace rounds off the kitchen equipment. The view from the terrace of the bay of St. Tropez is beautiful. There are good shopping facilities in the villages and the municipality of Grimaud is very well-kept and pretty. You have to drive to the beach, which takes a lot of time during peak season due to a lot of traffic on the coastal road. You simply prefer to stay at the well-kept pool and chill. Ideal for teenagers! The contact with the landlord was smooth, reliable, honest and friendly. On-site, we were taken care of by a property manager, and the contact was very nice.
Recommended for 5-6 adults or families with teenagers.

Pure relaxation
Charming, very spacious older house with great facilities in a super location and fantastic views. There is a "chillarea" for everyone - whether living room, dining terrace, lounge terrace or pool area. The whole property is beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants and cannot be seen from the outside. You get used to the steep driveway. The view over Grimaud to the sea is irresistibly attractive
Contact and handling were impeccable and very pleasant.
Recommendation: Very suitable for 2 couples or family with max. 3 children from primary school age. Culture, sightseeing, feasting and relaxation
