Tribalj. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This villa is not intended for youth groups and party holidaymakers. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. 20 metres from the house there are 4 free parking spaces that belong to the property of this house. The parking spaces are covered.

Air conditioning, heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September, can be heated). Outdoor pool is 20 sqm and heated.

Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate WC with WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
