Description
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner gas stove with electric ignition, espresso machine and moka pots, microwave, toaster, blender, food processors. . . Across from it are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be pushed together. Also, a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and toilet. The house has a free WiFi connection, smart TV, DVD player, CD player, stereo system, and radio. It is heated by a modern gas central heating system. During the winter months, a beautiful wood stove in the living room also creates a particularly cozy atmosphere as one looks out at the vast Atlantic from the dining table or the sofa. From the utility room adjacent to the kitchen, which includes a separate entrance, a coatroom, a washing machine, and a dryer, a secure wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, one can sit comfortably with a good book in the reading nook facing the sea, play foosball, pedal on the two exercise bikes in the gym with a sea view, or sit down at the piano in the music room. The bedroom features a double bed and also faces the sea. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and another toilet.
In front of the living room is the large terrace with teak garden furniture, a fire basket, and a grill. Here, one can sit marvelously or relax in a deck chair and enjoy the view of the small fishing boats that pass by the house through the Bay of Audierne.
The entire garden property is enclosed by typical Breton stone walls. For the players, there is a ping pong table and a private boules court. On the property, the car can be conveniently parked and then charged using the new wallbox at the house.
Pets are warmly welcome here. In addition to the walls, the rear garden area is also enclosed by wooden fences. Agility toys, bowls, and beds are available. There is also a dog shower at the entrance, making it easy to remove sand and salt residues from the fur after a day at the beach.

Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation, any remaining payments already made will be refunded. Once the property has been re-rented, the deposit will also be refunded. Bookings can still be canceled free of charge if arrival is not possible due to governmental travel restrictions.

Important for dog owners : in the bay of Audierne, dogs are only allowed on the main beaches until 9 am and after 7 pm from June to the end of September. In addition, there are many fine sandy stretches of coastline and smaller bays all along the bay where dogs are allowed during the day. On the beach near the house, they are allowed all year round.

An unforgettable view
We had two wonderful relaxing weeks in the beautiful house. Everything was there, clean and good. The nice welcome with cider and dog treats made us very happy and quick help from the landlady was very great. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

Wonderful!
Beautiful house with a breathtaking view. The coastal path runs in front of the house and offers lovely walks. Audierne is a 5-minute drive away. The decoration is very nice and the bedrooms comfortable. The peace and quiet were greatly appreciated.
