A vacation with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the fjord and our marina awaits you in our lovingly furnished apartment "Panorama-Meerblick" in the former Olympic village.
So you can enjoy a fantastic view from breakfast to sundowner at sunset!
Our just finished apartment is located on the sunny side of the fjord with floor-to-ceiling windows and light-flooded rooms and modern stylish furniture.
It is about 20 m from the water and has direct beach location with fine sand and dunes overgrown with beach grass.
It awaits you a large open living area with modern well-equipped kitchen and a living landscape, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating in Mediterranean style and a rain shower.
From the living area you can access the large balcony with sea view as well as loungers and seating area for dreamy evenings at sunsets.
The bright, modern interior as well as stylish pictures give the apartment a special flair.
With the binoculars (service center), which can be borrowed free of charge, you can watch the shipping traffic all day long, even cruise ships of well-known shipping companies arrive here.
The beautiful landscape around has already inspired many guests who have explored the numerous bike paths!
Directly in front of the apartment you have your own parking space, other parking spaces nearby can also be used.

Beautiful natural beaches line the sea in this section, a bathing platform and a historic marina and the modern marina invite you to linger and enjoy water sports.
A bird sanctuary directly in front of the marina on the most popular sailing area on the Baltic Sea is home to rare bird species, which you can observe with our binoculars.
Fish from the cutter as well as warm meals are available freshly caught in the marina !
Numerous idyllic bike paths invite you to cycle (bike rental at the marina)
The region offers much for water sports enthusiasts, water rats, cyclists, hikers, skaters and sun worshippers.
For the little ones:
Playground (about 50 m) and adventure playground (about 1 km) - long beaches for building sandcastles and a sea swimming pool.
A large dog beach is located nearby.
By ferry you can reach the state capital Kiel.
Dike and dunes invite you to stroll - always along the water.
From 2022 there may be construction noise.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation due to Corona: If the trip cannot be started due to force majeure, it will be canceled free of charge for you. For instance, if the state of Schleswig-Holstein prohibits entry and stay. If you fall ill yourself, the general terms and conditions apply; for this case, I recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance, which is likely to cover the costs. In the service office you can borrow binoculars free of charge - highly recommended!!!

Unique view
We spent a wonderful holiday in this new flat. The unique thing is the view from the balcony, because the flat house is right on the water.
Every evening we enjoyed the view from the balcony, watching the bird paradise and the big ships passing by. There was also a lot to see in the marina with many sailing yachts
Be sure to bring binoculars or rent them at the service centre (very nice staff), it's really worth it!
We have already booked again and are already looking forward to it.
