We had a great time at the villa. The pool was perfect for cooling down during the hottest hours. Internet speed is good (fine for working with 4p). Hosts were excellent, providing us with some essential supplies on arrival. The house was clean. Outside is lovely, with a good bbq spot with view, and with plenty of spots to sit in the sun or in the shade. Would recommend.

A wonderful house. We had relaxing days at the beautiful house of Kostas and his wife. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and had already done a complete shopping for us. The house is decorated with much love, and it has everything you need. The view and the pool are spectacular. The house is a bit far from the nearest places; it takes about 20 minutes to drive to the shops, but we knew that beforehand, so it was fine. We found Kilada particularly lovely for going out to eat.

Der Ess- /Grillbereich ist geräumig und überdacht, so dass man sich vor der Sonne schützen kann. Die Servicequalität ist einwandfrei: sehr saubere Bettwäsche und Handtuch. Sehr reibungslose Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber, der immer sehr entgegenkommend war.

Just TOP! The service of the JASSU Reisen team is absolutely recommendable! Despite the currently difficult situation, always available, friendly, and competent. Several last-minute changes due to flight cancellations were possible without any processing fee - Service is really important at JASSU. We will definitely book through JASSU again and it wasn't the last time in Salánti. The place is very quiet and not touristy at all - exactly what we wanted. The reception by Kostas and his family was very warm - including a glass of homemade liqueur from Kostas' wife - so we immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The on-site service was also perfect. For example, when a shower hose broke, it was replaced in less than 24 hours. The equipment was incredible. We have been vacationing in holiday homes almost exclusively for years, but have never experienced anything even remotely comparable. Here are just a few examples: new dish sponge and dishcloth, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, plenty of spices (not just salt and pepper), very tasty olive oil and balsamic vinegar, cookies, bread, cold cuts, cornflakes, muesli, rice, pasta, potatoes, onions, garlic, frozen vegetables, fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers, plenty of fresh fruit, a 6-pack of water, milk, juice, aluminum foil, and cling film, paper towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes, shower gel, lotion, slippers, mosquito plugs for each bedroom, extra loungers to take to the beach, and, and, and. Everything was really perfect here! :-) The house is very, very clean and well-maintained, and if Maria (a truly fantastic housekeeper) ever decides to emigrate to Germany, she is warmly welcome with us ;-) The view from the entire terrace is simply breathtaking, and even in three and a half weeks, we couldn't get enough of it. Whether in the morning at breakfast, after a day at the beach, or in the evening during a barbecue - one could simply sit and watch there for 24 hours :-) The coves near the house are also stunning - crystal clear water - watching fish without snorkeling :-) Also, we had the coves all to ourselves on most days. We highly recommend both the team at JASSU Reisen and the house IRIDA! ! ! We would also like to thank the JASSU team and Kostas and his family once again! Maybe some information about Corona: We felt very safe and well taken care of in the house. Both Kostas and his family, as well as the cleaning staff, kept their distance and wore masks. When shopping in the neighboring village Didyma, it seems that Corona has not arrived yet. Here we were very skeptically eyed with our masks (we were the only ones with them), and keeping distance was hardly possible there.

The house is highly recommended because of its quiet location, excellent facilities, and the support provided by the landlord. The house is cleaned twice a week, and all the laundry is changed. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This was the second time we had a fantastic holiday in this house. Jassu*Reisen provided us with excellent support and very good help regarding the COVID regulations in Greece and Italy.
The disappointing part was the arrival/departure with the ferry from Anek-Lines. On the ships, with few exceptions, the staff was not very friendly, the organization was sometimes chaotic, and the COVID regulations were not really enforced or reminded.

We visited shortly after the reopening following the travel restrictions in May 2021 and it was really quiet. The holiday homes were empty as far as the eye could see. But I'm sure that you can also enjoy a lot of privacy in Salanti and especially in the holiday home Irida. Fantastic view of the coast, beautifully landscaped outdoor area around the beautiful holiday home, a great infinity pool for our two children (9 and 16 years old), a delightful barbecue area with a covered seating area. Everything is designed with an eye for detail. Kostas, his wife, and his father (the builder!) were super nice and helpful, cleaning was done twice a week, the beds were renewed, and the towels were replaced. In Salanti, there is a nice tavern, numerous small stone beaches, and a larger one with turquoise clear water. For shopping, you have to drive at least to Didimou by car (about 8km) over the nearest hill, there is a larger selection in Kranidi (15km, where there is also a Lidl). As closer excursions, the two craters in Didimou, the prehistorically inhabited cave of Franchthi, and the fishing village Kilada are recommended. The ancient Epidaurus is not far (about 1 hour), and it was special because we were the first and only guests there after the reopening of the tourist season. A day trip to ancient Olympia can be easily done from the holiday home. We arrived via Athens, and the drive to the holiday home takes about 2.5 hours. Without a car, it is surely not possible, so you have to plan for that. I can highly recommend the holiday home; if you are looking for tranquility and seclusion in a beautiful landscape with luxurious amenities, this is the place for you.

Beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor areas, even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very well maintained and equipped - even a Nespresso machine - really nothing is missing. Our very nice landlord had already taken care of the first shopping for us: vegetables, fruit, water, wine, bread, jam, charcoal for the grill... Even toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. We enjoyed a totally relaxing week. We didn't feel like going on excursions as much as usual ;), it was just too beautiful at the house. The view and tranquility there are absolutely priceless! Important for families with teens: very powerful, reliable Wi-Fi. At the beach in Costa Bianca there is a nice new tavern, which is even within walking distance (about 15 minutes).

Beautiful layout of the house (privacy of individual bedrooms) very friendly landlord. Great barbecue area, several shaded seating options, that was great. Pool very well maintained, a little too small to swim but definitely enough for cooling off and playing with the kids. Very nicely landscaped outdoor area, beautifully green. Garage for the car is great, we've never had that before!!! Laundry detergent/cleaning supplies/toiletries all plentifully available. Located off the beaten path, far away from tourism, you are truly on your own, gravel beach nearby, mostly had the entire beach to ourselves. Good shopping options in the neighboring village. For larger shopping, go to the nearby city (Kranidi about 20 minutes drive).

The impression of the online presentation was surpassed by reality. The house is tastefully furnished and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. We really liked the design of the terraces, pool, and barbecue area. The view with a wide view of the sea and the surrounding mountains is incredibly beautiful. Being woken up by no noise except for the bells of a sheep or goat herd has its charm. The welcome was unexpectedly generous with a full fridge! The house was cleaned perfectly twice a week and towels and bed linen were changed. The pool was regularly cleaned. Despite the secluded location, shopping was not a problem. For all those interested in culture and the countryside, there are plenty of nearby destinations, such as Epidaurus or the island of Hydra. - For those looking for a quiet holiday in very comfortable accommodation and not afraid of a longer journey from Athens or Patras (2-3 hours drive), we recommend this house. The care by the owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We as a childless couple spent two fantastic weeks in the house. The owner welcomed us personally and the first supplies were already bought. The house is fully equipped and has all kinds of technical gadgets. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and an alarm system are available. This always provides good security. We especially liked the grill and the possibility to dine there in the evening under atmospheric lighting. The view over the sea is fantastic and the tranquility guaranteed by the few houses in the immediate vicinity ensures relaxing days. The house is very well-maintained and during the stay, cleaning or pool maintenance is not necessary - there is an excellent service for that. The nearest shopping opportunity is a few kilometers away, but not a problem with a car, which is of course needed. In the immediate vicinity, there are a number of small coves, all inviting for swimming. However, one should not underestimate the distances to the next larger towns. One can really congratulate the owner on this house. We would book again at any time. A dream house that is absolutely recommended without reservation at 100%.

Le coin est assez isolé, le prix de la tranquillité, mais on trouve tout à 15min en voiture, dans un village sympathique un peu isolé. Great house. Nice, cosy and clean. Very nice owners who received us in person and made us feel very welcome. Due to our late arrival on a Sunday, they even provided us some amenities to get going. If you are looking for a nice and clean house with nice sea views, do not hesitate and book this one. The only disadvantage might be that you are a bit cut-off from the world, so if you like to have towns and some excitement in close distance, this is not your location (or you will have to spend some time in the car).

We stayed in this beautiful property in September 2019 and I can honestly say it is the best villa we have ever been to. The property is stunning, excellently equipped and very clean. The 360 degree views are amazing and the outside areas of the property allow you to enjoy this all day, we really only went inside to sleep! A car is necessary to stay here as it is a little remote, a positive for us as it is so quiet. If you follow google maps the directions are good although the last 200m require you to follow your nose rather than the instructions! Costas and his family where there to meet us on arrival and provided the best welcome pack we have ever received, basically a weeks shopping! All basics covered plus some local wine etc. Everything worked well, great wifi. Supermarkets can be found about 30 minutes away in Kranidi and the Taverna in the square in Didima serves the best lamb chops in the world!

Magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un endroit calme et tranquille, très bon accueil par l’hôte, nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver les courses faites à notre arrivée, le ménage est fait en cours de séjour ce qui est très appréciable, très belle chambre enfant avec en prime quelques jouets, l’extérieur est très beau, piscine avec transats, terrasse avec barbecue, bref cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis sur terre, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top !
