Wat een fantastisch en perfect onderhouden huis, alles was aanwezig. Het zicht is geweldig en de omgeving is zeer rustig. Vanuit het ruime zwembad zie je de zee. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en werden aangenaam verrast met fruit, wijn, brood en beleg voor het ontbijt. We hebben enorm genoten. Een aanrader, we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Einfach nur TOP!! Der Service des JASSU Reisen Teams ist absolut empfehlenswert! Trotz der aktuell schwierigen Situation immer erreichbar, freundlich und kompetent. Auch mehrere kurzfristige Umbuchungen aufgrund von Flugstreichungen waren problemlos und ohne Bearbeitungsgebühr möglich - Bei JASSU wird Service noch groß geschrieben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal über JASSU buchen und waren auch nicht das letzte Mal in Salánti. Das Örtchen ist sehr ruhig und wenig bis gar nicht touristisch - genau das, was wir wollten. Der Empfang durch Kostas und seine Familie war sehr herzlich - inklusive einem Gläschen selbstgemachten Likörs von Kostas Frau-, sodass wir uns sofort sehr wohl und Willkommen gefühlt haben. Auch der Service vor Ort war perfekt. Als zum Beispiel ein Duschschlauch kaputt gegangen ist, wurde er innerhalb von weniger als 24 Stunden ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung war unglaublich.. Wir machen seit Jahren fast ausschließlich Urlaub in Ferienhäusern, haben aber noch nie etwas ansatzweise Vergleichbares erlebt. Hier nur einige Beispiele: neuer Spülschwamm und Spültuch, Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs, jede Menge Gewürze (nicht bloß Salz und Pfeffer), sehr leckeres Olivenöl und Balsamico-Essig, Plätzchen, Toast, Aufschnitt, Cornflakes, Müsli, Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, TK-Gemüse, frische Tomaten, Paprika und Gurken, jede Menge frisches Obst, ein 6er Pack Wasser, Milch, Saft, Alu- und Frischhaltefolie, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Zahnbürsten, Duschgel, Lotion, Hausschuhe, Mückenstecker für jedes Schlafzimmer, extra Liegen zum Mitnehmen an den Strand, und, und, und.. Hier fehlte wirklich nichts!! :-) Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt und sollte Maria (eine wirklich super Haushaltshilfe) jemals nach Deutschland auswandern ist sie bei uns herzlich Willkommen ;-) Der Ausblick von der gesamten Terrasse ist einfach nur atemberaubend und wir konnten uns auch in dreieinhalb Wochen nicht annähernd satt sehen. Egal ob morgens beim Frühstück, nach dem Strandbesuch oder abends beim Grillen - man könnte dort auch 24 Stunden einfach nur Sitzen und Schauen :-) Die Buchten in der Nähe des Hauses sind ebenfalls umwerfend - glasklares Wasser - Fische schauen ohne Schnorchel :-) Auch hatten wir die Buchten an den meisten Tagen komplett für uns allein. Wir können sowohl das Team von JASSU Reisen als auch das Haus IRIDA nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!! Auch möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmal ganz herzlich beim JASSU- Team und bei Kostas und seiner Familie bedanken!!! Vielleicht noch einige Informationen zum Thema Corona: Wir haben uns im Haus sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sowohl Kostas und seine Familie, als auch das Reinigungspersonal haben Abstand gehalten und Masken getragen. Beim Einkaufen im Nachbardörfchen Didyma scheint Corona noch nicht angekommen zu sein. Hier wurden wir mit unseren Masken (wir waren die einzigen damit) äußerst skeptisch beäugt und Abstand halten war dort fast nicht machbar

The house is highly recommended because of its quiet location, excellent facilities, and the support provided by the landlord. The house is cleaned twice a week, and all the laundry is changed. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This was the second time we had a fantastic holiday in this house. Jassu*Reisen provided us with excellent support and very good help regarding the COVID regulations in Greece and Italy.
The disappointing part was the arrival/departure with the ferry from Anek-Lines. On the ships, with few exceptions, the staff was not very friendly, the organization was sometimes chaotic, and the COVID regulations were not really enforced or reminded.

We visited shortly after the reopening following the travel restrictions in May 2021 and it was really quiet. The holiday homes were empty as far as the eye could see. But I'm sure that you can also enjoy a lot of privacy in Salanti and especially in the holiday home Irida. Fantastic view of the coast, beautifully landscaped outdoor area around the beautiful holiday home, a great infinity pool for our two children (9 and 16 years old), a delightful barbecue area with a covered seating area. Everything is designed with an eye for detail. Kostas, his wife, and his father (the builder!) were super nice and helpful, cleaning was done twice a week, the beds were renewed, and the towels were replaced. In Salanti, there is a nice tavern, numerous small stone beaches, and a larger one with turquoise clear water. For shopping, you have to drive at least to Didimou by car (about 8km) over the nearest hill, there is a larger selection in Kranidi (15km, where there is also a Lidl). As closer excursions, the two craters in Didimou, the prehistorically inhabited cave of Franchthi, and the fishing village Kilada are recommended. The ancient Epidaurus is not far (about 1 hour), and it was special because we were the first and only guests there after the reopening of the tourist season. A day trip to ancient Olympia can be easily done from the holiday home. We arrived via Athens, and the drive to the holiday home takes about 2.5 hours. Without a car, it is surely not possible, so you have to plan for that. I can highly recommend the holiday home; if you are looking for tranquility and seclusion in a beautiful landscape with luxurious amenities, this is the place for you.

Beautiful villa with fantastic outdoor areas, even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very well maintained and equipped - even a Nespresso machine - really nothing is missing. Our very nice landlord had already taken care of the first shopping for us: vegetables, fruit, water, wine, bread, jam, charcoal for the grill... Even toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. We enjoyed a totally relaxing week. We didn't feel like going on excursions as much as usual ;), it was just too beautiful at the house. The view and tranquility there are absolutely priceless! Important for families with teens: very powerful, reliable Wi-Fi. At the beach in Costa Bianca there is a nice new tavern, which is even within walking distance (about 15 minutes).

It was a wonderful week in this area and in the house Irida. Great location if you love solitude, with small gravel coves. There was nothing missing in and around the house, full satisfaction and very nice landlord (even handed over the key personally at night). We would love to come back.

Very well maintained and clean house, we felt very safe and comfortable. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was fully stocked with everything you need to get started. Beautiful layout of the house (privacy of individual bedrooms) very friendly landlord. Great barbecue area, several shaded seating options, that was great. Pool very well maintained, a little too small to swim but definitely enough for cooling off and playing with the kids. Very nicely landscaped outdoor area, beautifully green. Garage for the car is great, we've never had that before!!! Laundry detergent/cleaning supplies/toiletries all plentifully available. Located off the beaten path, far away from tourism, you are truly on your own, gravel beach nearby, mostly had the entire beach to ourselves. Good shopping options in the neighboring village. For larger shopping, go to the nearby city (Kranidi about 20 minutes drive).

The impression of the online presentation was surpassed by reality. The house is tastefully furnished and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. We really liked the design of the terraces, pool, and barbecue area. The view with a wide view of the sea and the surrounding mountains is incredibly beautiful. Being woken up by no noise except for the bells of a sheep or goat herd has its charm. The welcome was unexpectedly generous with a full fridge! The house was cleaned perfectly twice a week and towels and bed linen were changed. The pool was regularly cleaned. Despite the secluded location, shopping was not a problem. For all those interested in culture and the countryside, there are plenty of nearby destinations, such as Epidaurus or the island of Hydra. - For those looking for a quiet holiday in very comfortable accommodation and not afraid of a longer journey from Athens or Patras (2-3 hours drive), we recommend this house. The care by the owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were with 4 adults and 3 children in the house for 10 days in August. The accommodation is great, the landlord is uncomplicated and always helpful. I would book the accommodation again anytime and also recommend it to others with a clear conscience. Location, view, equipment, and service - the overall package is just right here. We as a childless couple spent two fantastic weeks in the house. The owner welcomed us personally and the first supplies were already bought. The house is fully equipped and has all kinds of technical gadgets. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and an alarm system are available. This always provides good security. We especially liked the grill and the possibility to dine there in the evening under atmospheric lighting. The view over the sea is fantastic and the tranquility guaranteed by the few houses in the immediate vicinity ensures relaxing days. The house is very well-maintained and during the stay, cleaning or pool maintenance is not necessary - there is an excellent service for that. The nearest shopping opportunity is a few kilometers away, but not a problem with a car, which is of course needed. In the immediate vicinity, there are a number of small coves, all inviting for swimming. However, one should not underestimate the distances to the next larger towns. One can really congratulate the owner on this house. We would book again at any time. A dream house that is absolutely recommended without reservation at 100%.

Irida Home is a gem among holiday homes. Not least because of its very friendly and accommodating owners. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything, everything was spotlessly clean and refreshed discreetly on a weekly basis, and we were treated with loving attentions. And the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. We are happy to recommend the house and thank the family and Jassu Reisen for a great vacation.

Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήτανε εξαιρετική. Το κτίριο και ο περιβάλλων χώρος, ανταποκρίνονταν πλήρως στα προσδοκώμενα, θα έλεγα ότι τα ξεπερνούσαν κιόλας. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα, ο πλήρης εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς κατά την παραμονή του εκει. Φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες και αψογη καθαριότητα. Ιδανικό μέρος για όποιον αναζητά κυρίως τη χαλάρωση, σε αυτούς το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Beautiful villa with dreamlike outdoor facilities, even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Top maintained and equipped - even a Nespresso machine - nothing is really missing. La maison est charmante, très bien équipée et organisée, bien décorée et avec une vue magnifique. Très calme aussi. Le propriétaire est adorable. Le coin est assez isolé, le prix de la tranquillité, mais on trouve tout à 15min en voiture, dans un village sympathique un peu isolé. Superbe lieu pour finir ses vacances grecques au calme dans un cadre idyllique.

Great house. Nice, cosy and clean. Very nice owners who received us in person and made us feel very welcome. Due to our late arrival on a Sunday, they even provided us some amenities to get going. If you are looking for a nice and clean house with nice sea views, do not hesitate and book this one. The only disadvantage might be that you are a bit cut-off from the world, so if you like to have towns and some excitement in close distance, this is not your location (or you will have to spend some time in the car).

We stayed in this beautiful property in September 2019 and I can honestly say it is the best villa we have ever been to. The property is stunning, excellently equipped and very clean. The 360 degree views are amazing and the outside areas of the property allow you to enjoy this all day, we really only went inside to sleep! A car is necessary to stay here as it is a little remote, a positive for us as it is so quiet. If you follow google maps the directions are good although the last 200m require you to follow your nose rather than the instructions! Costas and his family where there to meet us on arrival and provided the best welcome pack we have ever received, basically a weeks shopping! All basics covered plus some local wine etc. Everything worked well, great wifi. Supermarkets can be found about 30 minutes away in Kranidi and the Taverna in the square in Didima serves the best lamb chops in the world!

Magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un endroit calme et tranquille, très bon accueil par l’hôte, nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver les courses faites à notre arrivée, le ménage est fait en cours de séjour ce qui est très appréciable, très belle chambre enfant avec en prime quelques jouets, l’extérieur est très beau, piscine avec transats, terrasse avec barbecue, bref cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis sur terre, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top ! Merci beaucoup Kostas ainsi qu’a son épouse pour ce magnifique séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour dans ce petit havre de paix.

Simply TOP!!!

The service of the JASSU Reisen team is absolutely recommendable!
Despite the current difficult situation, they are always available, friendly and competent.
Even several last-minute rebookings due to flight cancellations were possible without any problems and without any processing fee - at JASSU, service is still written in capital letters.
We will definitely book again with JASSU and this was not the last time we were in Salánti.

The village is very quiet and not very touristy - exactly what we wanted.
The welcome by Kostas and his family was very warm - including a glass of homemade liqueur from Kostas' wife - so that we immediately felt very comfortable and welcome.

The service on site was also perfect. For example, when a shower hose broke, it was replaced within less than 24 hours.

The facilities were incredible... We have been holidaying almost exclusively in holiday homes for years, but have never experienced anything remotely comparable.
Here are just a few examples: new dish sponge and dish cloth, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, lots of spices (not just salt and pepper), very tasty olive oil and balsamic vinegar, biscuits, toast, cold cuts, cornflakes, cereal, rice, pasta, potatoes, onions, garlic, frozen vegetables, fresh tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers, lots of fresh fruit, a 6-pack of water, milk, juice, aluminium foil and cling film, kitchen roll, toilet paper, toothbrushes, shower gel, lotion, slippers, mosquito bugs for each bedroom, extra loungers to take to the beach, and, and, and.. There was really nothing missing here!!! :-)

The house is very, very clean and well maintained and if Maria (a really super housekeeper) should ever emigrate to Germany, she is very welcome here ;-)
The view from the whole terrace is just breathtaking and we couldn't get enough of it even in three and a half weeks.
Whether in the morning at breakfast, after a visit to the beach or in the evening at the barbecue - you could just sit there and look for 24 hours :-)
The bays near the house are also stunning - crystal clear water - fish watching without a snorkel :-)
We also had the bays completely to ourselves most days.

We can highly recommend the team of JASSU Reisen as well as the house IRIDA!

Maybe some more information about Corona:
We felt very safe and in good hands in the house.
Kostas and his family as well as the cleaning staff kept their distance and wore masks.
When shopping in the neighbouring village of Didyma, Corona does not seem to have arrived yet.
Here we were eyed extremely sceptically with our masks (we were the only ones with them) and keeping our distance was almost impossible there

The house is very well maintained and even during your stay you don't have to worry about cleaning or the pool - there is an excellent service here. It is a few kilometres to the next shopping possibility, but no problem with a car, which you need of course. There are a number of small bays in the immediate vicinity, all of which are inviting for a swim. However, one should not underestimate the distances to the next, larger places. We can only congratulate the owner on this house. We would book again at any time. A dreamlike house that is 100% recommendable without reservation.
