The beautiful village Nea Iriklitsa is located close to the fine sandy beach, approx. 15km southwest of Kavala in the north of Greece. The duplex house LITSA with its enclosed property is located in a small side street of the village, just a stroll away from the beach.
The well-kept three-storey holiday house LITSA (left half of the house) consists of the 1st and 2nd floor of the main building and the small granny annexe on the ground floor. Access to the main building is via some stairs. Adjoining to the living room on the first floor is the semi-open kitchen and the guest toilet. From the living room you have access to a roofed front terrace. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and the shared bath. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a private front terrace with a sea view. The second bedroom has a small balcony to the rear.
In the ground floor of the holiday house, with own entrance, lies the granny apartment for 2 persons, developed in the year 2018. It consists of an open living/bedroom with adjoining kitchenette and a bathroom. In front of the apartment are a small terrace and the garden of the house. This can be booked extra.
Directly at the beach of Nea Iraklitsa there are some nice Cafés, sunbeds, beach bars, taverns and shopping facilities.

Our stay was memorable. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Has a lot of extras in the kitchen, that we weren’t able to use , such coffee machine, stove and oven , mixer, pots and pans. Definitely we will be back some day. Thank you for making our stay georgous.

We, three people aged 50+, felt very well taken care of in this holiday home. It was clean and well-maintained, with everything you need available! Parking in front of the house was possible without any problems because it was not yet peak holiday season in Greece. The village itself offers some variety only at the harbor and the beach promenade, but it is conveniently located for excursions in all directions, whether you choose the highway or the coastal road. The beach is almost continuously serviced and the prices there are not particularly cheap, but you don't have to pay for each sunbed individually. The water is clear and protected from strong waves by the harbor, which is particularly good for families with small children. We had 3 wonderful weeks of vacation and say thank you for that! Would we rent the house again? Definitely YES!
