We had a wonderful vacation in this accommodation and can recommend it 100%. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Almost everything was perfect. The only downside was the directions!!!! Finding the way at midnight and in pouring rain was a challenge. Thank goodness the Greeks are helpful people and speak very usable English. The GPS failed. Best alternative "Google Maps."

The Jasmin House, our stay there was fantastic. The house is very well equipped and the owner is very friendly. The location of the house is secluded from the tourist hotspots and quiet - within walking distance to a beach that is not crowded - despite the high season of July/August. Agio Mathaeus is a traditional place (4 km away), where the main shops are. Taverns are also within walking distance and the nearby fish tavern offers excellent food. The olive grove is great.

The object can only be recommended. It is almost better than described in the advertisement. Everything is in very good condition. The house is economically designed, with a wonderfully large kitchen, throughout with a marble floor. It is absolutely quiet in the greenery. The beautiful beach is reachable in a few minutes. All technical facilities work well. The landlady is very friendly and uncomplicated. For three to six people with and without children, this is a very good holiday home.

The house and property are very nice, as described, everything is great - only the tree in the garden has grown very tall and casts a lot of shade (should be cut down!). Very nice landlord, had already prepared fruit and water, very accommodating even at departure! The "olive groves" are not as romantic as it sounds - actually just a forest. The beach is not particularly wide, partly rocky (but great sand in the water!). ), but highly romantic, lonely, dreamlike sunsets. It was a great vacation.

After 30 years of vacations in Greece (earlier by motorcycle, now by car), we found this house to be very tastefully and cleanly furnished. It has a beautiful location and is very well maintained. If we hadn't already been to the island of Corfu three times, we would definitely book this house again. The fly screens on the windows and doors should perhaps be replaced, as they are already full of holes and tears. A new shower curtain and a new silicone seam at the back of the bathtub wouldn't hurt either. (Slightly moldy). Otherwise, we can only say: Book, book, book; everything else is up to each individual.

The house is very well furnished, large enough for 6 people, it is in very good condition. The beach is 200m away, with only a few bathers despite the beautiful sandy beach. Compared to other properties we have used, the price seems a bit high, but for Corfu it might be OK.

Delightfully quiet stay in the countryside, among such interesting old and tall olive trees. The beach is lovely, quiet, and about a 6 minute walk to it if not rushing. The outside furnishings were very comfortable, coffee machine so very welcome as well as the kettle. Our hostess had lots of extras in the kitchen that make doing for yourself that much more comfortable, plus starter amounts of water, bananas, some cheese, salt and pepper.

Upon arrival (late at night), the fridge was stocked with everything needed for breakfast and drinks. To our pleasant surprise, the house was cleaned after a week. Evdokia's holiday home is very beautiful and located very quietly amidst olive groves. We were warmly welcomed on the evening of our arrival with a fruit basket, water, beer, toast bread, ham, and cheese. It is truly a very nice house to feel comfortable and relax, with a dreamily shaded terrace where we could start each morning with a delicious breakfast. Mosquitoes are not really a problem, as there are fly screens on every window and door. Having dinner at the tavern at Prasoudi Beach with Elias during sunset was always a beautiful experience. For shopping, we liked to drive to Mesongi, where you can find everything for your daily needs. The secluded beach, about 300m from the house, is fantastic. We had a very relaxing time and would love to come back.

It was a very cozy house. Very clean, away from the hustle and bustle, yet shopping (by car) in the nearby town and tavern only 6 minutes (on foot) away. Very nice welcome with a filled fruit basket and fridge (drinks, butter, toast bread...). 2 very nice beaches within about 4-6 minutes walking distance. No mosquito plague, as mosquito screens are installed in front of every window and door. Fine covered terrace for sitting, always providing shade. It was a very relaxing holiday with our two children.

The mattresses were personally too hard for me, but that's different for everyone anyway... The quiet location in the olive grove and the proximity to the beach once again gave us a great, relaxing holiday. The landlady took very good care of us. So, everything was to our satisfaction!!

As for the Wi-Fi, there were only initial difficulties, then it worked stably. Absolutely recommended! The only drawback mosquitoes and wasps during meals on the terrace. But only there, because all windows are equipped with mosquito screens. But mosquitoes are just everywhere in the Mediterranean region.

The house is very well maintained both outside and inside. Since it was built in 2003, everything is still in top condition. The washing machine in the bathroom is very useful. The kitchen is spacious and suitable for cooking for larger groups. The dining area on the veranda is well-kept and pleasant. The internet connection doesn't really work. The landlord made efforts to solve the technical issue but without success! Linens were changed twice a week, and beach umbrellas are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful old olive trees in the neighborhood, which is quite interesting for children. Overall, it is a quiet, idyllic area with clean beaches.

Despite a very delayed flight, we were warmly welcomed by the owner after 9 pm and were happy to find a stocked fridge and a generous fruit basket. The house Jasmin and the garden are extremely well-kept and very well-equipped. The house has a well-thought-out layout and therefore offers plenty of space. We particularly appreciated the covered veranda with a large table and beautiful, comfortable armchairs. Since it had rained frequently before our arrival, there were no restrictions from the authorities regarding permission to barbecue. The grill is really great! Although we have traveled to Greece many times before, this was the first time we visited Corfu and found the location to be a good choice for exploring the stunning island in all directions (a must-visit: the island's capital, 40 minutes away). However, two weeks were too short. So we will be coming back :)

The comfortably equipped and well-maintained house is surrounded by a lovingly planted garden. The landlady is obliging and very concerned about the well-being of her guests. On our arrival we were welcomed with mineral water, juice, beer and fruit. The tavern AVRA OCEANOS (very good food) is about 10 minutes walk away. The very old olive trees with their fantastic deformations are good photo motifs.

We spent a wonderful 10 days in Haus Jasmin. The house is very clean, halfway through our holiday the bed linen and towels were changed and everything you need is there - even the internet worked perfectly. The house is in a very quiet location, you can relax in the beautiful garden and the beach and taverna are only a few hundred metres away. The beach and water are very clean and quiet. If you like it a bit more comfortable with umbrellas and sunbeds and more bathers, the second bay (with taverna) is also within walking distance. All in all, a very recommendable place to stay, with a very helpful, nice owner. Car required for shopping, on the first day there was fruit, toast, coffee and water, butter and jam.

We spent 2 wonderful relaxing weeks in a really beautiful holiday home. The house is equipped with everything you need incl. washing machine, 3 LCD TVs, great barbecue fireplace in a fairytale location in the middle of an olive grove. To both small beach bays you walk 2 - 5 minutes. Both bays are small, without many bathers and yet you can walk very nicely around the bays in the water at low tide. The landlady is extremely friendly, very helpful and not at all pushy. A car is definitely necessary. Because of the good location in the middle of the island, you can reach everything from here in a relatively short time. It is really worth planning excursions every day. In the taverna "Chaldiki Castle" you are welcomed by the extremely hospitable and super friendly "Mama", who also cooks here herself. We can only recommend it, reasonable prices and if you have any wishes regarding the food, Mama gets everything and cooks it the next day. Everything is great, we will be happy to come back any time!!!! If you like it quiet and typical for the country, this is the right place for you! If you like it more touristy, you should go to Mesongi, etc. on the other side, but everything can be reached quickly by car. Make sure you get mosquito repellents, then it's great to sit outside on the terrace in the evening

We spent two months in this dreamlike place in the low season (March-May). This wonderfully equipped house is surrounded by olive groves. Evdokia, the landlady, is very obliging and took good care of us. The area is very secluded, there are three great beaches within walking distance (Skidi, Prasoudi, Kanouli) and a little further walk leads to Lake Korission. The wifi is a bit bumpy at times, but we were able to use it most of the time without any problems (with an additional portable wifi we had great reception). The property is completely walled, which is an advantage if you are travelling with children/dog. The next village, Agios Matthaios, has everything you need. We met very warm people here and already miss Corfu very much.

The house was wonderful! The terrace was wonderfully cool, the surroundings with the old Oliver trees wonderful. Elias' taverna is 1a: warm people, good food, unique seating right by the sea. Far away from mass tourism. For us it was perfect!
