This accommodation is an absolute dream – a green oasis just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful beach and a charming tavern. In reality, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures – truly breathtaking! You immediately feel at home. Dina is a great host and spoiled us with fresh fruit from her garden. The kitchen and grill area are perfectly equipped – really, everything has been thought of. We will definitely come back!

This was just a wonderful stay. Beautiful peaceful garden. Everything was done with taste to the smallest details, lots of flowers, lemon trees, butterflies, lots of places for rest, just a paradise to run away from the hectic lifestyle in the big cities. Romantic area for the dinner in the garden. Even swings, can't wait to come back again. The owner lady was such a kind soul.

The little house in Paramonas is delightful, the garden splendid; the accommodation is perfectly equipped, and we were very appreciative of the owner's little attentions (fruit on the table, bottle of wine...) The people who look after the house (watering, cleaning etc....) were absolutely adorable and very attentive. I would like to thank them. There was just one small thing: the sofa bed that you say is in the living room is actually in the kitchen. You can't say there's a living room. It's not very important, but as it was my bedroom space (my friend slept in the bedroom)...... I would have liked a little more space. The house is very well located, the environment is wonderful, wild and calm, the sea is close by and the village of Agios Matheos a few kilometres away is charming. I really recommend it.

A beautiful house, very well equipped with plenty of space on 2 terraces and a large garden. It is beautifully designed and offers many lovely spots to relax. The beach and taverns are within a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets can be reached with a short drive. Windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens, allowing for undisturbed sleep. We will definitely come back again!

It basically has everything in the kitchen in the bathroom….There is a big garden with grill and a lot of space for relax:) choosing this apartment was the best choice. There is also a beach. You can reach it in 5 mins by walk. Best choice is to reach this accommodation is to rent a car to get there:)

The Ilias House is super beautiful, has a dreamy and lovingly designed huge garden. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed. In the house, you will find everything you need. The owners are very kind and attentive. They welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, our stay was too short, but we will definitely come back.

Wir kamen am 11. Juni um 13:00 Uhr an und konnten bereits in die Hütte gelangen. Der Besitzer wartete bereits vor der Tür. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was du brauchst. Es war sogar Obst, Blumen und Ouzo bereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Klimaanlage und den Bildschirmen. Darüber hinaus gab es überall einen fantastischen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und vielen Blumen. Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis zum Abend bleiben und das war fantastisch, weil unser Flugzeug erst um 20 Uhr abreiste. Darüber hinaus möchten wir uns auch bei ihnen für ihre Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit und die Flasche Kumquat bei der Abreise bedanken. Brian und Cinthya Bierman

Le jardin de la maison est un havre de paix, très jolie, plein de fleurs de plantes, pêche bananes citrons avec hamac barbecue à dispo, on a adoré. L'intérieur de la maisonnette est petit mais très fonctionnel et propre. seul bémol cest le lit qui nest pas très confortable. mais ça fait l'affaire pour quelques nuits. les hôtes sont tres accueillants , la femme de ménage dune extrême gentillesse. elle nous a autorisé à partir plus tard pour que l'on puisse profiter du jardin avant notre départ. la plage est à quelques minutes a pied sur un jolie chemin, jolie plage et 2 restau très sympa en bord de mer, plage sympa et peu fréquentée dans un.cadre naturel préservé rare de nos jours.

The house Ilias at Paramonas is wonderful. In fact it was even better then described when we booked our stay. The house is fine but it is the grounds at front and back that are so special. A small tiled patio area at the front with seating area surrounded by plants and flowers, then the big garden at the rear can be accessed along the side of the house, or directly via a balcony from the bedroom. The garden is split into sections: an area with paths around the trees, shrubs and flowers, then a section with two wonderful hammocks, before a third area with a large barbeque, table and chairs (as well as swings for children and sun loungers). It is just a 10 minute stroll down to the beachfront where there are two tavernas, from where you can watch the sun go down, and after that you can return to the balcony at the back of the house for beer/wine as the garden becomes a different magical place when the lights hidden amongst the plants are switched on. We had a wonderful time. But beware of the last 2 or 3 kilometres of the approach road - it is very uneven in places with many potholes. But it is well worth the effort. Currently the property name, Ilias, is not shown on the property. It is semi-detached and is next to Casa Piccolino and directly opposite Loukia Luxury Appartments. The images on Google Streetview are out of date, going back to 2011.

Amazing house and yard! Konstantina was a very gracious host and even brought us some homemade wine from her garden. Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. The difficulty for us was finding the house as it was on an unnamed road. We'd stay here again.

Vlak bij de zee gelegen pittoresk huisje met fantastische tuin en 2 overdekte terassen direct aan huis en een in de tuin. De wifi was uitstekend en een goede TV met satelliet. Uitgebreide keuken artikelen en een wasmachine. Zeer grote slaapkamer aangrenzend aan balkon. Heel attent stonden er 2 flessen water en een flesje Ouzo met wat fruit klaar en de laatste avond kwamen ze een flesje Kumquat brengen.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was clean and had everything we needed (kitchen, sleeping etc.). We could rest during hot days in the beautiful garden. Further, the house was so well situated that it was pleasant to sleep in the night and we did not need to turn on the AC. The village (Paramonas) is small and not with many tourist which was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was not overcrowded and you could always find a place in one of two nice taverns. We definitely recommend the place to everyone who searchers for a quite and peaceful holiday.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Paramonas for a week. It’s a very quiet place, off the main tourist areas, but the beach with some local tavernas is just minutes away on foot. The house and its garden are amazing, I can definitely recommend staying here.

It is a really nice house in the green of olives, with everything you may need on vacation. The tenant is warm and at your disposal. I really enjoyed the stay and relaxing the quiet in the garden. We are a family with 2 children and I recommend. Just be aware that no minimarkets are available, so you may need to do your shopping a little away from this house.

Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps pour profiter encore du jardin magnifique. Le logement est parfaitement propre et très bien équipé, la plage à 5 minutes à pied offre un très beau coucher de soleil. La voiture était nécessaire pour sillonner les environs. This place is idyllic! We loved it so much we added an extra night. You have your own tiny villa just steps away from the Mediterranean. The house was clean, and sweetly decorated with a combination of old and new. The garden was amazing. Lemon trees and kumquats. Herbs and flowers. Everything you could need in the kitchen and bath. Great washing machine. Lovely walks nearby in Olive Groves or the beach. We were walking the Corfu trail and it was merely steps away. We wish we could have stayed here a month!

Sadly we only stayed on night in the beautiful little house. It really is a magic little place with the most beautiful garden. The village itself is very quiet but only a few minutes away you have Agios Mattheos. Such a beautiful little town full of taverns and shops. Would love to stay again, great value for money and a real genuine experience.

Our stay at the accommodation was simply fantastic. The house is located on a quiet street about five minutes' walk from the sea. The apartment itself is super clean and equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The very pretty garden invites you to relax and there is also a large barbecue available. There is a restaurant and a tavern in the village, and you can also swim nicely at the sandy beach. Overall, we can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dina's. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had a lovely, enchanted garden that our son enjoyed very much. The apartment's interior has been updated recently, and the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment with garden really is. Dina is also a very warm person! A sweet little house in the middle of an olive grove, but still close to the beach, so beautifully located. A very nice landlady. The bedroom is beautiful, as well as the outdoor area. If you arrive with four people, there is actually little space available (storage space, dining area). Many thanks for the great hospitality and the gifts. We found the perfectly tidy apartment with fruit, water, coffee, wine, and spices. Paramonas is very secluded, it is quiet, but you only have a 7-minute walk to the beach, which is really absolutely fine. Both pebble and sandy beach. Ideal for children to play. The garden was a delight to the eyes. The owners invest an enormous amount of time in caring for their garden. There are many flowers, olive trees, lemon trees, and herbs planted. There is a great swing and even a pavilion with a mosquito net.

Wi-Fi worked perfectly, unfortunately, making calls in the mobile phone network (probably also because of the mountains) inside and outside the property was not possible. The landlords are very friendly. They surprised us multiple times with small attentions: white wine, red wine, strawberries and kumquat liqueur. The beach (very nice) with the taverns and the Sunset Bar (food recommended) can be quickly and easily reached by walking. In Agios Mattheos, you can shop well at the supermarket, butcher, and bakery. There are also taverns and cafes. A successful vacation!

However, I would like to add that as of the summer of 2020, all lemon trees, also in the surrounding area, are infested with a large number of black aphids, which blacken the leaves, fruits, and trunks with their sticky excretions. In an attempt to contain the spread, the owners have already cut off numerous branches, so that the lushness of the garden seen in previous years is no longer achieved. Due to the blackening, it is now quite sad, especially if you have been there before. Still a beautiful holiday home for two.

The landlords are very friendly. They surprised us several times with small gifts: White wine, red wine, strawberries and kumquat liqueur.

The beach (very beautiful) with the tavernas and the Sunset Bar (food recommended) can be reached quickly and effortlessly by foot.

In Agios Mattheos you can shop well at the supermarket, the butcher and the baker. There are also tavernas and cafés.

Very beautiful and lovingly furnished flat. Everything is available, even to cook for yourself. However, there are only very large cooking pots, so if there are only 2 of you, you could possibly buy 1 or 2 smaller ones. The mattress is a bit hard and when there are two of you, you feel every movement of the other person. The landlords are very accommodating and helped us during the first few days of the holiday, as the rental car was not yet available. English was sufficient in my opinion. TV reception is great for German holidaymakers, but there was no radio station. Unfortunately, some impressions of the surroundings were disappointing, as a lot of rubbish is thrown into nature. The fact that the rubbish is seldom collected and piles up at the entrances and exits of the village should perhaps be communicated to the island government and politicians.

We had the most amazing holiday in this beautiful house. It really had everything we needed. The garden is gorgeous and spending barbecue evenings there rounded off our days. Enjoying an outdoor shower after a sunny day was very refreshing. The air conditioners did a wonderful job. The location to the beach was also perfect, it was only a 7-minute walk to the sea. The restaurants there are also highly recommended. Check-in and check-out was unproblematic. Dina also came by and brought us new towels. The little cat made the house a home! Our little paradise on earth, we will be back!

We liked it very much in the accommodation Ilias. The cottage is very nice, with a wonderful garden with lots of places to sit and hang out, and the hosts extremely nice. The house is very homely and was just right for our needs, the beach of Paramonas only a few minutes walk away. Other beaches and bathing bays, where snorkelling is also worthwhile, can be found nearby and are easy to reach by car.

The accommodation is not easy to find. The landlords are very kind and hospitable. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped and has a great garden and the garden shower at the temperatures was the best. The only criticism: unfortunately there was nothing of the detached house character, as the other half of the house was already developed and also rented out to guests. For me, single house was a selection point that unfortunately did not apply and we had partly noisy neighbours, apart from the Greek landlords who made a lot of noise at night. Nevertheless, we had a very nice holiday there. I would not recommend it at all without a means of transport, as it is too remote.

The flat ILIAS is very tasteful and really furnished with everything necessary (and more). It is certainly a bit cramped for 4 people, but ideal for two. The garden is very well maintained and well equipped (with barbecue, sunbeds, parasols, extra seating area, outdoor shower). Everything worked, nothing was defective.

Those who spend their holidays here can look forward to a small dreamlike oasis. The cottage more than fulfils its purpose and you will find everything you need. The view from the terrace into the flower-filled garden is a dream! Here, one likes to spend a day at home.
