Description
The TRIKORFO houses are situated on a beautiful, gently sloping hillside on a large lawn and garden property close to the sea, above the fine sandy Trikorfo bay on the western coast of the peninsula Sithonia.
Gnarled olive trees, tall palm and pine trees between the houses shade the area in hot summer days. The arrangement of the houses, either 2 or 3 next to each other, well separated, creates the impression of a small village. The complex is separated into two residential areas, one near the beach and the other approx. 350 meters from the beach on a small hill above the coast road. The lower part of the property is accessible via road underpass.
Tastefully and comfortably furnished pemium panorma maisonette, bathroom renovated in 2015 and complete renewal of the furniture in 2016. On the ground floor of the house there is the living/dining room with adjacent kitchen area and and the guest-toilet. Direct access to a covered terrace and the garden from this level.
Two bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a balcony.
The property has 2 basketball courts and 2 playgrounds. There is a Greek tavern just above the beach. The gently sloping beach is between 350 meters away and can be reached via stairs or a ramp. Parasols and sunbeds are available at the beach for a fee. The owners are in charge of assigning the different houses. Laundry service is available for a fee. Child care can be arranged on request at extra cost. The tavern at the beach within the facility is open until 1st of October.

Our holiday home over 2 floors (not suitable for people with knee problems due to the fairly steep stairs) in the well-kept Trikorfo complex was pleasantly quiet due to its location away from the busy road (be sure to pay attention to the location of the house, otherwise it can be very loud!!), thus the walk down to the beach was a bit longer (about 350m), but okay for us in our early fifties. Beds good, mid-week linen change pleasant. Kitchen equipment okay, but not so great for cooking for more people regularly, for example, a large salad bowl is missing and there is only a 2-burner stove. Nice: Dish soap and new scrub sponges are provided, as well as samples of shampoo, shower gel, lotion in the bathroom. Toilet bucket/waste emptied daily (very pleasant). Small quiet bay without music blasting, clean, clear water, ideal for children as it is very shallow quite far out. Tavern above the bay offers many fish dishes, a bit more expensive, but huge portions. Rental car is recommended as the immediate area doesn't offer much, but there are beautiful destinations further away. We enjoyed our stay!

We had house number 28. The equipment and condition of the house were fine, the service exemplary (multiple changes of linens!). However, the double bed on the ground floor is very poor. You sleep badly (bed squeaks unbearably) and end up with significant back pain in the long run (mattress is hard). Nevertheless, a very nice holiday, especially due to the close proximity to the beach.

We (family with two girls, 11 and 14 years old) had a very nice, warm, and relaxing holiday at Trikorfo Beach! The beach was pleasant: not too crowded and not as dirty as some said! The water was pleasantly warm and also good for snorkeling! Additionally, it was quite shallow, so you could swim and bathe easily and after about 100 meters, you could swim nicely! Our holiday home could be rated more like a 3-star in terms of amenities, but the service around the house makes up for it with a 4-star rating (intermediate cleaning and welcome basket, etc.). The outdoor areas are well maintained! Since there is no entertainment or similar activities, the resort (there are also holiday homes permanently occupied by the owners, mostly retirees) is primarily relaxing!

Very nice and cozy holiday home with all comforts. Maid service every 2-3 days. Very clean. 5-10 minutes to the beach. Small bay with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as catering! all very nice. Centrally located! Only downside: the pool was not in operation. Would have been optimal with the great heat in August and the location on the mountain...

The house was spacious and well-maintained (daily service). However, the kitchen equipment was spartan (typical for Greece). The overall complex was noisy, and the shop only had essentials, but the reception was very friendly and helpful. The tavern was okay. Not recommended without a car. The beach and the sea were great!

It was a very nice week in a well-maintained and well-run facility. Very conveniently laid out, the beach is super close and clean, overall very clean (the basics were taken care of every day). The tavern was completely fine, the people (reception, housekeeping, etc.) all nice and especially child-friendly. Thanks to the excellent preparation by JASSU, everything was super and well organized. No stress for a week! This is how you can have a good vacation.

The equipment of our holiday home was more like 3 stars, but the service around the house made up for the 4 star rating (intermediate cleaning and welcome basket etc.). The outdoor facilities are well maintained! Since there is no animation or anything like that, the complex (there are also holiday homes that are permanently occupied by the owners (mostly pensioners)) is above all relaxing!

Beds good, linen change in the middle of the week pleasant. Kitchen equipment o.k., but not so great for frequent cooking for more people, e.g. a large salad bowl is missing and there is only a 2 plate cooker. Nice: Dishwashing liquid and new sponges are available, also in the bathroom samples of shampoo, shower gel, lotion. Toilet bucket/waste emptied daily (very nice). Small quiet bay with no music, clean clear water, ideal for children as shallow far out. Taverna above the bay offers many fish dishes, a little more expensive, but huge portions. A rental car is recommended, as there is not much in the immediate vicinity, but there are nice destinations further away. We enjoyed our stay!

My wife, our two small children and I had a great holiday in Trikorfo. The beach and the sea are ideal for small children. It is very shallow and very quiet. In June, the temperatures were already very warm and we were in the sea every day. There is a small beach bar on the beach that is run by the taverna owner. So we were able to enjoy all the food on offer from the taverna on the beach. We got the umbrellas and sunbeds for free because we always had something to drink. The food from the taverna was very tasty and absolutely fair in price. We enjoyed eating classic Greek dishes here or having a fresh fish fried. The houses are very nice, especially the new bathroom and the beautiful wooden loungers. We didn't miss anything in the house or the lady from the reception brought it over immediately after we reported it. The cleaning lady was very attentive and thorough. In the mini-market we could get the most necessary things. A very well-stocked supermarket with a meat counter and a large selection of fruit and vegetables is 3 km away in the direction of Nikiti. In Nikiti there are many supermarkets (Lidl etc.) and a large selection of shops and tavernas. From Thessaloniki airport we drove a ¾ h to the house, which was top with the children. Our conclusion: an all-round successful holiday. We will gladly come again. Many thanks to Jassu Reisen for the tip and the smooth booking of the house, flight and rental car.
