We had house number 28. The facilities and condition of the house were okay, the service was exemplary (multiple changes of linen!). However, the double bed on the ground floor is very poor. Sleeping is difficult (bed squeaks unbearably) and it leads to significant back pain in the long run (mattress is hard). Nevertheless, a very nice vacation, especially because of the close proximity to the beach.

Very nice and cozy holiday house with all amenities. Maid service every 2-3 days. Very clean. 5-10 minutes to the beach. Small bay with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as catering! all very nice. Central location! Only downside: the pool was not in operation. Would have been ideal with the great heat in August and the location on the mountain...

So far everything was very nice. Clean, linen change, and cleaning service - everything worked great. The house was adequately equipped with everything necessary, air conditioning was essential; it was very hot! Very nice German-speaking lady at the reception. Beautiful and quiet private beach with inexpensive catering under the sun umbrella! The food in the tavern on the beach is unfortunately not as good as in the surrounding villages/taverns. The only downside: The location of most of the available houses on the only road is very loud. But since you are at the beach during the day anyway and at night with closed windows and running air conditioning, it is bearable... The small supermarket is only good for getting bread for breakfast - but not far away there is a larger supermarket where you can get everything your heart desires.

Our holiday home over 2 floors (not suitable for people with knee problems due to a steep staircase) in the well-kept Trikorfo complex was pleasantly quiet due to its location away from the busy road (pay attention to the location of the house, otherwise it can be very noisy!), the path down to the beach was a bit longer (approx. 350m), but okay for us in our early fifties. The beds were good, mid-week linen change was pleasant. Kitchen equipment okay, but not great for cooking frequently for more people, for example, there is no large salad bowl and only a 2-burner stove. Nice touch: dish soap and new sponges are provided, as well as samples of shampoo, shower gel, lotion in the bathroom. Toilet bin/trash is emptied daily (very pleasant). Small quiet bay without music, clean, clear water, ideal for children as it is very shallow. Tavern above the bay offers many fish dishes, a bit expensive but large portions. A rental car is recommended as the immediate surroundings do not offer much, but there are beautiful destinations further away. We enjoyed our stay!

Beds were good and mid-week linen change was pleasant. Kitchen equipment was ok, but not great for cooking for larger groups, e.g. lacking a large salad bowl and only having a 2 burner stove. Nice touches include dish soap and new sponges provided, as well as shampoo, shower gel and lotion samples in the bathroom. Toilet bin/trash is emptied daily (very pleasant). Small quiet bay without music blaring, clean, clear water, ideal for children as it is very shallow far out. Tavern above the bay offers many fish dishes, slightly more expensive, but huge portions. Rental car is recommended as the nearby area doesn't offer much, but there are beautiful destinations further away. We enjoyed our stay!

We (family with two girls, 11 and 14 years) had a very nice, warm and relaxing holiday in Trikorfo Beach! The beach was pleasant: not too crowded and also not as dirty as some said! The water was pleasantly warm and also good for snorkelling! In addition, it went in quite shallowly, so that you could swim really well and after about 100 metres you could also have a great swim! The furnishings of our holiday home were more like 3 stars, but the service around the house made up for the 4-star rating (intermediate cleaning and welcome basket, etc.). The outdoor facilities are well maintained! Since there is no animation or anything like that, the complex (there are also holiday homes that are permanently occupied by the owners (mostly pensioners)) is above all relaxing!

But since you are lying on the beach during the day and the air conditioning is running at night with the windows closed, this is bearable... The small supermarket is only good for fetching bread for breakfast - but not far away is a larger supermarket where you can get everything your heart desires.

The house was spacious and well maintained (daily service). The kitchen equipment was spartan (typical Greece). The complex as a whole was noisy and the shop was only for emergencies, but the reception was very friendly and helpful. The taverna was ok. Not recommended without a car. The beach and the sea were great!

My wife, our two small children and I had a great holiday in Trikorfo. The beach and the sea are ideal for small children. It is very shallow and very quiet. In June, the temperatures were already very warm and we were in the sea every day. There is a small beach bar on the beach that is run by the taverna owner. So we were able to enjoy all the food on offer from the taverna on the beach. We got the umbrellas and sunbeds for free because we always had something to drink. The food from the taverna was very tasty and absolutely fair in price. We enjoyed eating classic Greek dishes here or having a fresh fish fried. The houses are very nice, especially the new bathroom and the beautiful wooden loungers. We didn't miss anything in the house or the lady from the reception brought it over immediately after we reported it. The cleaning lady was very attentive and thorough. In the mini-market we could get the most necessary things. A very well-stocked supermarket with a meat counter and a large selection of fruit and vegetables is 3 km away in the direction of Nikiti. In Nikiti there are many supermarkets (Lidl etc.) and a large selection of shops and tavernas. From Thessaloniki airport we drove a ¾ h to the house, which was top with the children. Our conclusion: an all-round successful holiday. We will gladly come again. Many thanks to Jassu Reisen for the tip and the smooth booking of the house, flight and rental car.

It was a very nice week in a very well-kept and well-managed complex. Very practically laid out, the beach super close and clean, overall very clean (every day the roughest things were done in the house). The taverna is perfectly fine, the people (reception, housekeeping etc.) all nice and especially child-friendly. Thanks to the excellent preparation by JASSU, everything ran smoothly and was well organised. No stress for a week! This is a good way to spend a holiday.
