The swimming pool (9x4 meters, depth ; available from 20th April to 20th October), duly furnished for the enjoyment of bathing and sunbathing, is located in a sunny position and enjoys a splendid view of the valley below and the hill on which the town of San Gimignano stands.

The villa is part of a large farm producing oil and wine whose products can be purchased on site.
