Welcome to our cosily furnished holiday home.
Our house has 1 bedroom with a 180cm bed with separate 90x200 cm mattresses, and 1 bedroom with 2 separate 90x200cm beds, a well-equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, toaster etc.. In the living area there is a couch as well as TV, satellite TV, music system, electric heating and fireplace.
In addition to various board games and books, you will find many useful tips and excursion possibilities in our brochure rack, specially compiled by us.
A fenced garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, loungers and barbecue invite you to relax.

Zeewind II is located about 1000 m from the sea, nearby are shopping facilities such as Aldi, Lidl, bakery and various restaurants, all within easy walking or cycling distance
At the entrances to the natural beach there are small beach cafés where you can enjoy the view of the sea or just the sunset with a cup of coffee and a snack.

Cancellation terms:
If the rental agreement is canceled: - from 45 days before the start of the rental, the deposit amount will be retained - from 30 days before the start of the rental, the total amount will be retained If we are able to re-rent the canceled period, you will, of course, receive your money back.
additional information:
We take care of our house ourselves, as we are often on site, but not always, but let us know in advance. The lawn is mowed by the reception, usually on Saturdays which should not affect your holiday.

Top Ferienhaus
We were at your holiday home for the 5th time and, as always, very satisfied. Great facilities. An advantage in bad weather is the fireplace. We will be happy to come again.
