Description
The approximately 120m² Mummelhaus is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Sehmatal-Neudorf in a wonderfully quiet location, but is still not far from the town center. The enclosed approximately 1000 m² property is available to you for your sole use. The old trees and the distance to the next development give you this feeling of being close to nature. Due to the slight slope of the property, you can enjoy the wellness area with barrel sauna, outdoor shower and relaxation area behind your holiday home undisturbed and protected from view. The outdoor whirlpool is also an attraction in both summer and winter. Both the sauna and the hot tub are fired with wood, which we provide for you. A rustic, cozy barbecue area as well as a garage and a maximum of 2 parking spaces round off the outdoor facilities.
The spacious south-facing balcony offers plenty of sun. With a little luck you can experience breathtaking sunsets here. Its complete roofing enables very special hours even in bad weather. It is fully furnished and offers enough space for all guests at the table. For example, enjoy a hearty breakfast in the fresh air.
After an eventful day in our beautiful Ore Mountains, a blazing open fire invites you to a cozy get-together. The spacious real leather corner sofa in the fireplace room offers enough space for all guests.
In winter, the snow can protrude into the windows on the ground floor. The dining room located there offers a very special, cozy atmosphere thanks to the combination of a fireplace and real wood furniture. Enjoy its charm with meals or a game night. A small selection of wines is available for you on arrival, which you can purchase if required.
You can expect a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 youth room with bunk beds (2 meters x 0.9 meters), own TV and extra toilet, a spacious bathroom, dining room, fireplace room and a hallway with relaxation and reading corner.
Hand, bath and sauna towels as well as bathrobes are available for you free of charge.
Pets are very welcome with us. In the vast majority of cases, the fencing is sufficient so that your darling can explore the area freely.

additional information about rental price:
| Children under 3 years free of charge. The municipality of Sehmatal charges a visitor's tax for its guests. Adults 1,50€ per night, children from 6 - 18 years 0,75€, also students, pupils and trainees up to 27 years of age, children up to 5 years are free Guests of the Mummelhaus have to pay this fee. Please pay it to us upon arrival. The final cleaning fee of 80,- EUR is included in the price. Payment information The rental contract becomes valid upon receipt of the down payment to the landlord's account. The deposit of 20% of the rental amount is due for payment immediately. If payment is made by invoice, we will hold the reservation for 7 days after it has been sent. If no payment is received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. After the deposit has been paid, payment of the remaining amount is due 8 days (until 31.03.2022) / 30 days before departure. If the payment deadlines are not met, the lessor may withdraw from the contract. Non-payment is considered as withdrawal and entitles to re-letting. Incidental costs for water, car parking space, waste and energy are not charged. The costs for charging electric vehicles are charged according to consumption. The price per kWh will be communicated on request. |

Gladly again
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Everything we needed to know was explained to us. In the house folder, everything was explained again and we found many tips and suggestions. We spent a few lovely days.

Restful stay
It was a really relaxing and pleasant stay. Particularly noteworthy is the uncomplicated communication, which gave us a relaxed holiday. The accommodation itself was immaculate and very clean. Of course, it was also equipped according to the description. Everything was wonderfully and hospitably prepared. The surroundings invite you to hike and relax. There are also many cultural places to visit

I like to remember that feeling when I snuggled under my blanket as a child. I felt relaxed, calm and secure. Later, as an adult, it became harder and harder to experience that "mummy feeling" again. Too often you are prevented from doing so by your everyday life or your surroundings. Some distance from everyday life, a cosy environment, nature and a wood fire usually help me to find it again. -Marc- Feeling a sense of security and warmth - that's what "mummelig" means to me.
