Main entrance is through a charming tower. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining table, fireplace and TV corner; here you can access the outdoor area and garden. On the same floor there is a professional kitchen, accessible toilet, bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there is a small panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and bunk bed with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with double sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor leads to the tower consisting of a small study, bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with a double bedroom accessible via a wooden staircase.

FILOTTRANO
Filottrano is a town in Le Marche region in the province of Ancona. Characterized by a hill position overlooking the sea and the mountains, it has a well-preserved historic center and walking through the streets you can admire squares, ancient palaces and churches with valuable frescoes. Traditions, folklore and good food are the protagonists of the festivals and fairs in the summer months; in July the Threshing Festival is held, whereas in August the famous historical re-enactment of the Contesa dello Stivale takes place. It is a relay race between the city districts with parades, flag-wavers and itinerant shows. During the winter, re-enactments and nativity scenes are organized in various points of the historic center, so much that the town is also called the ‘Nativity City’. An important reference for the National and International textile industry, Filottrano produces haute couture dresses that can be purchased in the numerous company outlets. Do not miss the itineraries in the Monte Conero park and its beautiful beaches.
