The park of the former Theresienhof Palace has a fantastic location directly on the Scharmützelsee in the famous spa town of Bad Saarow. The Scharmützelsee is the second largest lake in Brandenburg and is connected to the waters of Berlin via the Storkow Canal and the Dahme. The Bad Saarow Palace Park is terraced. Cabin was nice but few issues: Shower leaking causing water on floor and flood below apartment. Pressure of shower was awful and would keep changing from hot to cold. Jaccuzi bath was broken and couldn't turn down pressure. Dirty cutlery on arrival having to rewash and dishwasher not cleaning properly. Tv was old and took a while to get to work as power button on remote was broken. Beds were not too comfy. Was an okay stay for the price but basics were not there and made the stay less enjoyable for the price
