A terrace leads to the ground floor with a cosy living area with sofa bed, open and well-equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom.
A somewhat steep staircase leads to the upper floor, which has been converted into a bedroom. Here, a double bed with lake view and a single bed offer enough space for sleeping.
Underfloor heating makes the flat habitable all year round.

Bad Saarow is a small, tranquil town on the shores of Lake Scharmützel with a population of about 4800. Bad Saarow is located in the state of Brandenburg between Frankfurt/Oder ( km) and Berlin ( km). You will find a map in the Directions section.
Berlin and Frankfurt/Oder can be reached by train from Bad Saarow/Klinikum station (approx. 2 km from us) in approx. 1 hour. By car it is a little faster, traffic permitting. There is a bus stop about 200 metres from the holiday flats. There is also a supermarket and a bakery on the main road, which opens every day at 7 am.
Bad Saarow is a health resort where you can relax. For example, you can relax in the thermal baths, take a dip in the Scharmützelsee lake or play golf. You can find more information about this under leisure activities.
In Bad Saarow you can follow in the footsteps of several famous personalities who settled here for a while. Maxim Gorki, Berthold Brecht, Theodor Fontane, Harry Liedke, Käte Dorsch or Max Schmeling, who married Anni Ondra here in 1933 (see Wikipedia).
