Description

The outside facilities and the beautiful garden are convincing at first sight. Everything here was designed very individually and personally

Cool off in the 57m2 pool, party at the pool bar or have a barbecue in the evening and listen to the chirping of the crickets

Just like the garden, the interior of the house was designed very individually and with a lot of manual work by the owners

On the ground floor there is the living room (two sofas can also be used as sofa beds), the kitchen-living room and a bathroom. At the back of the house follows the first bedroom (without door) and the staircase. On the first floor is the second bedroom (without door) and the second bathroom. There are also terraces on both floors.

Location and surroundings of object

The Popyn holiday home is unique! Absolutely alone location with nature and pure peace

The house is situated between the two villages Stancija Portun and Antonci, in the middle of the Istrian nature. Here you can relax and enjoy your privacy. Nevertheless, after five minutes by car you will be in the town of Porec and at the sea.

In the garden you can help yourself free of charge to the fruit trees, vegetables and spices.

The way to Porec leads you directly past the shopping centres Kaufland, Plodine and Lidl. The city of Porec attracts with sights, a lively old town and with many shops and restaurants.

The Popyn holiday home is only rented to families & couples. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate youth singles groups. As the property is 10'000 m², the owners may work on the orchard and garden field for an hour or two from time to time. There are two cats living on the property (only outside, not in the house).

Holiday home for 2 couples

If you like peace and seclusion, this is the place for you. A vehicle is recommended. In 10 minutes you are in the city and also at the water.

recommend for: holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday
