Description
The apartment is located in a small cosy residence, on the northern outskirts of San Zeno, which was completed in 2011 and consists of eleven private apartments.
In summer, the pool and whirlpool with adjacent sunbathing lawn and sun beds, as well as a bowling alley, invite you to relax.
You can park your car in the underground garage (double garage) or in the parking lot. Barrier-free paths ensure unrestricted freedom of movement within the complex, while an electric gate system protects the residence from uninvited guests.
Outside, the adjoining wooded area promises peace and quiet and a pleasant walk
Via a separate entrance with hall and cloakroom you enter a spacious living room with a cosy sitting area and a dining area.
The adjoining fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, cooker hood, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, other electrical kitchen appliances and extensive crockery.
Two double doors lead out onto a large covered terrace with garden table and chairs. From here you can enjoy the view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains and the evening sun with a glass of local wine.
A corridor leads to a daylight bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing machine, as well as to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are individually furnished and each has a large double bed and spacious sliding door wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony.
The upscale furnishings also include a safe, alarm system, video door intercom, separate gas boiler, LCD television (SAT system), a DVD/CD player and WLAN on request.

Location and surroundings of object
San Zeno di Montagna, a small village with about 1300 inhabitants, is considered the "balcony over the Garda Lake". At an average sea level of 600m, it stretches with its old hamlets along the western slopes of Monte Baldo for several kilometres.
Behind San Zeno rises the Monte Baldo, which is known as the "Garden of Europe" since the past because of its green pastures, the extensive forests, the centuries-old chestnuts and its rare, extraordinary flowers.

Children and teenagers under 18 years of age accompanied by their legal guardians are free of charge. The costs for gas are included in the rental price during the summer season. Very nice fully equipped apartment
The complex with pool is very well maintained and quiet
We really enjoyed living above Lake Garda
Our interim questions during the vacation were answered promptly. The service is very good.
It is quiet here and also very bearable even in strong heat
It is away from the hustle and bustle. We like that. Those who want to be close to the lake are in the wrong place here.

Restful vacation
The apartment and the entire complex were perfect for our vacation (everything was really very well maintained). The view from the large balcony was breathtaking. We had a very relaxing time and will come back!

One of the best family vacations!!!
We were pleasantly surprised by the Helbing family even before the vacation.
We received detailed information such as waste disposal, technical information about the holiday apartment in general, the village of San Zeno, restaurants, etc., which we did not expect but which we really liked and that helped us a lot.
As allergy sufferers, we immediately noticed that no pets had been present before us, and IF they had been, then the cleaning staff did an excellent job! Therefore, 5 stars for cleanliness.
The accommodation itself offers everything the heart desires, is top equipped, and leaves nothing to be desired. Only the "refrigerator" needs to be refilled by yourself... and even for that, the landlord provided a solution, as the supermarket is directly on the way upon arrival and this was also described in detail.
So, from us, a very clear rating, namely TOP, recommendable, and definitely worth a trip.

Wonderful vacation home with a view of the Saar loop
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and decorated with great attention to detail. The view from the terrace over the lake is absolutely amazing, especially in the evening with a glass of wine, unforgettable. The garage is also worth mentioning.
We can only recommend the apartment and the landlords and would love to come back.
