The 250-year-old, ground-floor main house (175 sqm) has been extensively revitalized. The old charm was retained and lovingly furnished with modern technology and exquisite antiques. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of which is open-plan, each with a bathtub, shower, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes) comfortably accommodate 4 people. The spacious living area with open fireplace (satellite TV, music system, library) is open on two sides to the terrace and the garden. Openly adjacent is the kitchen with complete equipment and a utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Furthermore, the entrance area and a guest toilet.

The 75 square meter, loft-like outbuilding, the 'Presshaus', is made entirely of wood and offers a wonderful panoramic view through the high window fronts on two sides. The large gable window provides a view of the southern Styrian starry sky at night. The centerpiece is a wine press that is around one hundred years old, with a particularly attractive double bed integrated into the press floor. With another bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sauna area, it offers plenty of space for 2 more people. An air conditioning unit provides coolness in summer and serves as heating in winter. The cozy garden with the swimming pool (9 x 3 m, biological salt cleaning) and the sun terrace connects the two buildings and creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Activities nearby: The picturesque hilly landscape of volcanic origin with its forests, vineyards and orchards is ideal for long hikes. Discover the many palaces and fortresses along the Schlösserstrasse, which are considered defiant witnesses of bygone eras. Several golf courses such as Traminergolf Klöch (approx. 20km) or Thermengolf Loipersdorf (approx. 60km) are in the area and provide additional exercise and the wide range of thermal baths
