Location and surroundings of object
Bibione has 8km of very beautiful wide sandy beach. It is also one of the safest options for any kind of trip. Due to the tides, the water on the shore is very shallow, so you can/must walk very far out into the sea to be completely in the water; the other way round, it is ideal for families with small children. There are shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. There are bakeries, savings shops, supermercati, Ildi (like Lidl here) butchers, tobacco shop, ice cream parlours etc. at 200m.
Description of the residential complex/Villaggio:
Pretty and comfortable holiday complex apartment in the middle of a vast green area. Bordering on a splendid pine forest. This complex is made up of one or two-storey terraced houses, consisting of one to twelve residential units. Embedded in two extensive green areas, two groups of swimming pools with a total water surface of approx. sqm are available for the guests. Swimming pool with children's pool. Our apartments have an independent entrance, private garden. Private covered parking included. Small pets allowed (there is a fence with door). There are only two crossroads from the sandy beach and 300m from the pedestrian zone!

Very nice family holiday with 2 children
We were there for the first time and found it very nice. The apartment has everything you need. The beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The flat, pool, playground and the grounds are very well maintained

We liked it very much in Bibione - we had flat D and it had everything you need and above all - lots of space.
In the immediate vicinity there are many shops, restaurants, Luna Park and the beach was not too far away and is really great.
We didn't get bored despite one rainy day.
The pool area and the playground are also very well maintained.
The only criticism is that the shower and the grout are a bit worn and should be replaced.
We also had to wait until 4pm to get the apartment because the cleaning lady wasn't ready ... but that's probably always the case on a Saturday. but that's always a problem on a Saturday.
We also had our dog with us and it was great because the garden is completely fenced in. By the way, there are a few dogs in the complex, but everything works quite well.
We will come again...

To be honest... I am shocked!
I don't understand all the good reviews...
The agency staff was unfriendly, incompetent, and annoyed.
Customers were constantly coming in and complaining.
The staff even threatened us with jail because of the disorganized cleaning staff. Haha...
No, sorry, but I didn't book an "extreme" vacation ;-)
Furthermore, some of the staff should consider changing professions ;-)
The contract specified arrival between 12 and 7 pm. Just for your information:
The apartment MUST actually be clean and ready for occupancy by 12 o'clock.
How about coordinating properly with the agency and specifying the correct arrival time in the contract?
We were there at 4 o'clock in the morning, and they wanted to let us in at 5 o'clock in the afternoon because of the cleaning lady. I paid 700€ for 6 days.
My time runs from 12 o'clock. Why DO I HAVE TO WAIT for my apartment?
To make it clear:
The cleaning lady is not the queen. The customer is king ;-)
In the apartment, up to 10 power outages per day.
The apartment was not as described 600 m from the beach.
It was actually about 1000 m or about 15 minutes on foot ;-)
Imagine: someone with health problems books your apartment and then has to walk 1 km to the beach and back in the heat. Think about it again.
Wi-Fi in the pool area?
Why does it only state in the contract that Wi-Fi is not included in the price? So, I suggest:
Change the staff of the agency.
Hire more cleaning staff.
Organize a proper electrician.
Please take a measuring tape and measure the distance from the apartment to the beach first.
And don't forget: MAKE CORRECT INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET.

Unsere Gäste können check-out und verlassen Apartment am Samstag bis 10:00 Uhr. Gäste, die ankommen, möchten die Unterkunft so schnell wie möglich belegen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir im Gegensatz zu den üblichen 15:30 Uhr eine ungewöhnlich früh-12:00 Uhr Check-in-Option eingeführt. Unsere Kunden wissen und respektieren, dass die Reinigung für viel mehrerer Wohnungen zur gleichen Zeit nicht immer in nur 2 Stunden möglich ist.
Bei Ihrem Besuch kehren wir ab 15:30 Uhr zum Schlüsseltransfer zurück. Für den Fall, dass die Reinigung und die Vorbereitung der Wohnung früher abgeschlossen werden können, werden wir uns natürlich gerne an den Gast wenden und die Schlüssel früher übergeben. Wir haben auch viel persönliches Feedback, dass sich unsere Kunden im Villaggio Azzurro so wohl fühlen. Sie wollen schnell einziehen und länger bleiben. Wir danken den Mitarbeitern des Reinigungspersonals, die zum Terminwechsel am Samstag ihre Arbeit machen! Sie haben die Schwierigkeit, wenn der Kunde zuerst die Schlüssel und dann die Reinigung anfordert. Da er schon in der Wohnung war, hätte er sein Gepäck einpacken können. Natürlich bitten wir Sie, es nicht zu tun, aber es gibt solche, die zum Beispiel 25 kg Fleisch komplett einpacken. Es ist illegal, es als Tourist nach Italien zu importieren!
Sie haben Morgen schon um 8.00 Uhr die Schlüsselübergabe beantragt, was für das Personal sehr stressig ist. Sie hat die Schlüssele kurz nach 11:00 Uhr bekommen. Gleichzeitig wurden wir gebeten, ihr Gepäck in die Ecke zu stellen oder es in ihrem Auto auf dem interne, genommerte Parkplatz zu lassen, bis die Reinigung abgeschlossen war. Leider hatten Putzfrau Schwierigkeiten, sie vor der Reinigung auszupacken. Auf Ihre Wunsch schickten wir die Putzfrau an diesem Nachmittag wieder. Dies ist ein Stress für uns, plus eine Gebühr, so wie oben erwähnt, kehren wir zum Check-in Zeit um 15:30 Uhr zurück. Wenn die Wohnung früher fertig ist, geben wir die Schlüssel gerne vorher an unsere Gäste weiter!
Der Strand ist mit der SHUTTLEBUS-Haltestelle in der Nähe des Eingangs erreichbar. Es ist unbegrenzt - formell - es ist notwendig, einen ermäßigten Strandgutschein einmal zu kaufen. Mit diesem Strandvoucher können Sie einen Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle zu ermäßigten Preisen mieten, auf die wir aufmerksam machen könnten, wenn Sie das Angebot anboten. Beachvoucher und Shuttle Bus sind optional, keine Zuschlag erforderlich!

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich über die Einrichtungen zu erkundigen, da sowohl die Strände von Villaggio Azzurro als auch Bibione eine Fülle von Dienstleistungen bieten. Viele Leute loben den großen Garten und die großen, sauberen Pools. Viele von uns sind begeistert von unserer ständig gepflegten Wohnung. Im Jahr 2018 tauschten wir die Küche, die Klimaanlage, die Möbel und viel mehr kleine Dinge.

Perfect with dog and child
We spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The flat is great and even better is the huge garden. The only thing I missed was a hoover and kitchen scissors.
The location of the flat is great. You can quickly get to the shopping street of Bibione and there are also bakers and supermarkets within walking distance. The complex with pool and playground is great for kids and very clean! We would love to come back again!

Es gibt viel zu tun in Bibione und Umgebung (Bootsfahrt direkt nach Venedig, Gardasee, Triest, Alpen usw.). Grillen, Frühstück im Garten oder in einem nahegelegenen Café, und auf dem Heimweg nicht vergessen, leckeren Schinken, Wein, Honig zu kaufen! In der Zwischenzeit versuchen wir die Wohnung in gutem Zustand zu halten und weiter zu entwickeln.
