On the south coast of Kassandra, surrounded by nature, lies the quiet and romantic holiday residence Aegeon, 300 m from the sea on a hill surrounded by olives, pines, fruit trees, vines, and herbs (total area approx. 25,000 m²). All studios have sea view, kitchenette (equipped for preparing cold dishes, no cooking facilities), and bathroom with shower/WC. Exclusively for our guests, we offer breakfast and dinner in our restaurant. Indulge your palate with a Mediterranean journey through our lovingly managed kitchen; we cook vegetarian and vegan dishes and, upon request, also fish and meat. Walking distance to the beach is approx. 8 minutes. Opportunities for jeep safari, diving, mountain biking, and wellness / SPA at the Loutra spa. Aegeon is a small family business, quiet and far from mass tourism (only four studios). Supermarkets and tavernas can be reached in a few minutes by car (Mola Kaliva / Nea Skioni). The lovingly Mediterranean-designed ambiance, the sea and nature promise pure relaxation and tranquility. We speak German and English.

Air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and the terrace door, a fan, and double masonry ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the entire summer. All four studios have a spacious south-facing terrace with a wonderful sea view.

Location and surroundings of object
Aegeon is situated amidst nature, about 300m from the sea. Due to its elevated position of 50m, there is a wonderful panoramic view of the Aegean. All holiday apartments have sea views and south-facing terraces, as well as many other terraces and a large platia and lounge. Olive groves and vineyards are part of the property.
A rental car is recommended; we are happy to recommend a reliable partner. Aegeon is located on the south coast of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, between Mola Kaliva and Nea Skioni. Beaches of all kinds, whether secluded sandy beaches for shell collecting, wild rocky bays, or chilled drinks at the beach bar, everything can be found on Kassandra, within about 5 minutes on foot or by exploring the peninsula by car. Taverns directly by the sea or in traditional mountain villages. Shopping opportunities by car (5 min.) Loutra (10 min.). ) offers a spa with a sulfur spring and wellness. Kassandra’s mountains invite you to go hiking, mountain biking, or on a jeep tour. Thessaloniki is about an hour’s drive away (airport, Mediterranean Cosmos, old town, and harbor promenade). Day trips by boat from Kassandra to Sithonia or along the monastic republic of Athos. Archaeological excavation sites (Olynthos). Summer festivals with live concerts in the amphitheater of Siviri (10 min.). Vibrant nightlife in Kalithea (20 min.). Colorful weekly market in Kassandria with typical Greek products from the region (15 min.).

| Prices are for 2 persons per night & studio , including weekly change of bed linen and towels. The rental price is exclusive of the Greek accommodation tax (Foro Diamonis) valid since May 2018. Wifi is available free of charge. We offer breakfast and dinner for our guests - enjoy a gourmet breakfast overlooking the sparkling Aegean Sea and a variety of Mediterranean delicacies on our terrace. Selected fresh vegetables & fruit, meat &fish from the region guarantee a feast for the palate. Our olive oil is from our own organic cultivation. Please note that breakfast can only be booked in advance, price 14,-. Dinner can be booked flexibly on site, so you are free to choose whether you want to go to a taverna or enjoy it with us. |

Wonderful resort
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Aegeon Studios.
This was due to the magnificent view from the private terrace or at dinner and breakfast, the super nice, relaxed, always friendly and helpful hosts,
the excellent dinners and the relaxed atmosphere in the small, family-like complex.
It is not far to the beach, you could walk, but we used the car because the way back was a bit steep. The studios were simple but tastefully decorated. Nice private terrace with good seating and sunbeds. A wonderful place to relax.

Perfect holiday

Beautiful view, great area and right by the sea
The studios are lovingly furnished with everything you need
A car is an advantage if you want to visit the beautiful beaches and small towns of Kassandra.
Sustainability is a priority and you feel completely at ease.
The warmth of the hosts and their animal housemates (dogs and cats) who always greeted us happily after meals, we found wonderful, even as non-pet owners.
The absolute highlight was the dinner. (Surprise vegetarian / vegan meal) We quickly changed our plan to eat in Greek tavernas in the evening and we like to eat meat.
I can't remember ever having experienced such good cuisine on holiday. Our respect to Sabine, who conjured this up every evening on her own.
We will be back!

Dream holiday
From the very first booking contact with Sabine and Michi, we got holiday feelings - everything was friendly, prompt and completely relaxed. When we arrived at the aegeon, the gate was wide open and we were immediately in the middle of our holiday. The whole complex is well-kept and lovingly laid out, the studios simply perfect, not too much, not too little - exactly as you know them from the net. And the two hosts - from the very first moment we had the feeling of having arrived with friends. We slept better than ever before in other people's beds, ate better than ever before and just felt good all around. Thank you, dear Sabine, dear Michi - you are terrific!
The only - tiny - point deduction from us is for the somewhat arduous walk to the next village - otherwise we might have gone without a car more often...

Feeling good from the 1st moment
It was a wonderful holiday in this so lovingly maintained complex. The food is excellent, made from the best ingredients, and there are new surprises every day. The hosts are fun-loving, love what they do, are very friendly, always have an open ear and are nevertheless reserved. Everything you need is there, everything has been thought of. The studios are beautifully furnished, and the special architecture means that everyone is undisturbed on their own terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of the sea.
Dear Sabine and Michi, thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back. It is a pleasure to have met you!

A dream
We had a relaxing holiday. Sabine and Micha are the perfect hosts. We enjoyed the countryside and the peace and quiet, and we also took the four-legged friends to our hearts.
