Description
This apartment (A2+2, approx 35 square meters interior +35 square meters terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen and living room with extra bed (grey couch) for 2 more persons. Extra bed is a grey couch that extends into a bed 140*190. For him I have a mattress 5cm thick for comfortable sleep.
The kitchen and living room are one open space. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooking plate, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, ice maker, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, dishes…
Bathroom is with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Apartment is also equipped with towels and bed linen.
The bedroom has a second Smart TV and separate air conditioner.
Living room and bedroom have underfloor heating.
From the living room is an exit to 35m2 fenced garden terrace. On the terrace is a hot tube with warm water. Also, the exit to terrace and a hot tub are covered with a roof. The roof can be closed and opened by a remote device. The terrace also has a table, chairs, 2 deck chairs (sun deck) and a gas grill.
This apartment has garden view, 2 air conditioners, wifi free, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine & clothes dryer - device (not located in apartment), Smart SAT TV in every room, and insured parking place in the yard.
It was finished in summer 2020.

* If you have a little child --> In the bedroom I can put a baby bed. Also, for babies I can give you baby feeding chair and baby stroller. All these baby items (cot, feeding chair and stroller) are free of charge. ---> If you will need it
* Washing machine & clothes dryer (device) --> The washing machine and clothes dryer (device) are not located in the apartment, but You can use our laundry room which is equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 clothes dryer. Laundry room is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.
* Iron and ironing board --> If you need it, you can use the iron and the ironing board. For now, we have 1 iron and 1 ironing board that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.
For your information: iron and the ironing board are not located in apartment, but they are free to use, in agreement with the other guests (and to the knowledge of the owner).
* Bike --> You can use our 2 bikes if you will need it. Also, if you will come with your own bikes, I can offer you storage for them which can be locked. This bike storage is actually our laundry room which is located in the same building as this apartment and it has a separate entrance from the courtyard.
* Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) board -> If you like it, you can use and try the stand-up paddle in the sea. For now we only have 2 Stand Up Paddles that can be used by all guests in all 4 apartments.

Location and surroundings of object
Beside "Vela Plaža" (the Big Beach) in the surrounding area are around thirty pebble beaches which can be reached on foot or by taxi boat.
Besides the beaches, the old historic center, the remains of Roman settlements and religious monuments, Baska is also known by oldest Croatian written document (the 900 years old Baska Tablet).
The visitors of Baska can also enjoy in walking and hiking in the countryside. This Tourist trails have been signposted and there are a total of 19, which have a total length of over 80 km.
The nearest grocery store, bakery, coffee bar and restaurant are 200 meters away. So, there is no need for a car unless you want to explore other places on the island.

Super nice vacation apartment. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We were super satisfied. The apartment and the whirlpool were clean, and everything you need is available in terms of equipment. When you arrive, you are greeted super friendly and there is fruit available.
We were able to sleep super well on the sofa bed with a topper. It felt like being in a bed. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
A big shout-out to Tomislav and his wife. Super friendly, you feel more than well taken care of. When you meet outside, they greet you and ask if you need anything else for the apartment. You don't always have such lovely and nice landlords. And we can only recommend this apartment.
Conclusion: We will definitely come back and are leaving with a feeling of sadness.

Top flat with whirlpool and close to the beach
First of all, I would like to thank the host family again.
Very friendly and helpful.
We were greeted in a very friendly way and immediately felt at home, as if we were staying with old friends?
The flat is equipped with everything you need on holiday... it was very clean.
Very comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa bed. The teens were more than satisfied. There was plenty of room for four of us and a small dog. A nice big terrace with a great big jacuzzi. Temperature adjustable, for perfect temperature, as it is personally, pleasant.
2 sunbeds, 4 chairs and a small table. On top was a nice big Weber gas barbecue. Dog friendly owners.
We were completely satisfied.
We can definitely recommend it without a bad conscience.
You can park on the property and the beach is very close (2-3 minutes).

The flat is lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Everything was impeccably clean and the landlords (Ljiljana & Tomislav) are extremely nice and very sympathetic. The flat was newly renovated. Wonderful peace and quiet and good location and above all to our delight ☺ the
