Our lake house Arielle is a sophisticated holiday home directly on the lake for max. 5 people. The house has a waterfront plot with a sun terrace and a jetty. The house is equipped like a comfortable detached house.
The charming and homely furnished holiday home is located in the Marina Mücheln at the Geiseltalsee. There are two private parking spaces on the property. The entrance is on the land side, and there is a boat garage next to the house. A boat (rowing or motor boat) can be rented in the immediate vicinity. Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and a crane facility are in the immediate vicinity.

There is cosy underfloor heating throughout the house, for hot summers the underfloor heating can also cool, in addition the upper floor has cooling ceilings for a further cooling effect. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house, insect screens (or door) on 1 window per room, shutters on almost all windows, lockable window handles, children's high chair (free of charge), baby cot (free of charge), lakeside terrace and jetty with a swimming ladder. There are 2 parking spaces on the property (free of charge).

The Marina Mücheln with the Seehaus Arielle is only about 1 km from the town centre of Mücheln
the wine and sparkling wine centre of Freyburg with its picturesque vineyards, wine taverns, wineries and of course the historic Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellars is only 12 km away.
Naumburg and Merseburg are both a 22-minute drive away, and here you will find everything a larger city has to offer. There are many leisure facilities in the surrounding area, the large and popular Belantis amusement park is 35 minutes away by car on the A 38 towards Göttingen. Leipzig, with all the amenities of a large city, is only 40 minutes away by car, as is Halle an der Saale in 20 minutes.
The A 38 motorway is only 12 km away.

Cancellation terms:
The determining factor for the timing of the cancellation and for the amount of cancellation fees is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord. In this case, flat-rate cancellation fees are levied: - For cancellations up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price, but at least €25.00 - For cancellations 44 - 8 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price - For cancellations 7 - 3 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price - For cancellations 2 days before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show, 100% of the rental price.

Holiday directly at the lake
Comfort holiday with all amenities, directly on the water with large terrace.
Suitable for couples as well as families with children (5 persons in total).
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available.
Furthermore, there is a mooring for your own boat incl. nearby slipway.
The water quality leaves nothing to be desired with a visibility depth of approx. 3 m.
There is a completely asphalted cycle path of approx. 28 km around the Geiseltalsee.
