Description

The spacious maisonette holiday apartment with its own entrance and private parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the Eibia recreational forest.
Amenities:
The first bedroom has a double bed and a baby bed as well as a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and can be reached via a spiral staircase; there you will find another double bed, a pull-out couch, and a TV. The living room with a cozy sitting area and TV offers enough space to relax and unwind in the evening. (All rooms are fitted with parquet/laminate flooring.) ) The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and in the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, you’ll feel like cooking even on vacation. The beautifully landscaped garden with a covered seating area invites you to enjoy an extended BBQ. If you like, I have a hammock for relaxing.

Haus Mara is located in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath and is ideal for cycling and hiking (the local recreation areas of Eibia and Wisselshorst are one of the richest in forests in the district and belong to the municipality of Bomlitz). The Eibia is a landscape conservation area and has much to offer, such as Neolithic burial mounds, Borger Castle from the early Middle Ages and the historic Cordinger Mill. The writer Arno Schmidt lived in an old manor house at the mill after the Second World War, where he wrote some of his works. (I have been on some guided walks and have information booklets to look at)
The Weltvogelpark is about 3 km away, the Heidepark km and the Serengetipark 15 km. A go-kart track and the Snow Dom are 40 km away and the Magicpark Verden 27 km. The Tietlingen golf course is 4 km away and the Bomlitz open-air swimming pool is only 1 km away. If you still feel like shopping, you can go to the Soltau Outlet Centre 20 km away.

Very nice holiday apartment

Vacation in the Lüneburg Heath

Through the many photos, one can get a pretty accurate picture of the nicely furnished apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. We felt comfortable right away.

The Combi supermarket, which is just a few minutes' walk away, is great for self-catering. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, with everything needed, even a dishwasher and a freezer. In the courtyard, there is a nice seating area for guests, covered, so you can even sit outside in the rain.

The landlady lives on the ground floor, so she is quickly accessible. Always friendly and nice, we felt comfortable.

Relaxed vacation near the Lüneburg Heath

Thanks to the many photos, you can get a clear picture of the beautifully furnished apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. We immediately felt comfortable.

The attic (2nd bedroom) can be reached via a space-saving staircase. It takes some getting used to at first. But the climb is worth it, the room is spacious and cozy.
At night, you can wonderfully observe the stars through the roof windows if the sky is clear.
By the way, you can also see the Combi supermarket from here, which is within walking distance in a few minutes. So you can easily cater for yourself.

In the kitchen, we found everything we needed for our two-week stay. (Even an electric wok - it's great)

Although Haus Mara is located near Cordinger Straße (the main road in Benefeld), it is still quite quiet there. Of course, you can hear the normal noises of a residential area during the day.

What also makes the location so nice is the walking distance to "Eibia". We liked to go for walks there, especially since the heath was in bloom in August.

Since our landlady lives on the ground floor herself, she was also easily accessible to us. Thanks to her warm nature, we felt very welcome.

Super holiday flat!

I can only recommend the holiday flat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of - kettle, egg boiler, lots of spices and much more. The living room is very comfortably furnished, where we spent many a nice game and TV evening. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and the nature reserve is only a few hundred metres away and invites you to go jogging and hiking. The contact with the landlady was always friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Ferienunterkunft

This vacation rental is very nice, and in the area, there are many amusement parks suitable for small children as young as 3 years old. We enjoyed it very much, as did our 3-year-old grandson. The landlady is very friendly. We highly recommend this vacation rental and will come back again.

A long weekend at Pentecost

Everything needed for sleeping, cooking, and resting was available. We were there with our 2 children, 7 and 10 years old, who are not exactly quiet, as we have a house and don't have to be considerate at home. This was not a problem. The hostess was very nice, and there were even welcome drinks in the fridge. The bird park is very close by. We will definitely see each other again. Thanks again and all the best! Family Höger

I got what I wanted.

My goal was simply to isolate myself from the outside world for a few days without being lonely and alone in nature, and the conditions were met. Very nice landlady, beautiful vacation rental, shopping and testing center just around the corner, and I enjoyed lovely walks during my stay. Thank you. I would love to come back again.

Great family vacation in dream apartment

Well-equipped modern holiday apartment in a quiet location with everything you need.

Within walking distance is a large supermarket, great for taking a walk as the forest is just around the corner. All parks can be reached in no time, the Walsrode Bird Park is about 5 minutes away, we visited the Serengeti Park and Heide Park, with a travel time of about 30 minutes each. We also visited Hamburg, which was about an hour's drive. 100 km, Bremen and Hannover can also be reached in a very short time.

A super kind and helpful host, we felt very comfortable.
