Description
This spacious maisonette holiday flat with its own entrance and private parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the Eibia.
Facilities:
The first bedroom has a double bed, a baby bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and can be reached via a spiral staircase, where there is another double bed and a pull-out couch and TV). The living room with cosy seating area and TV offers enough space to end the evening in peace. (The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils will make you want to cook even on holiday. The beautifully landscaped garden with covered seating area invites you to an extended BBQ. If you like I have a hammock to rest in.
There are also 3 bicycles that you can rent for 5 euros each.

Haus Mara is located in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath and is ideal for cycling and hiking (the local recreation areas of Eibia and Wisselshorst are one of the richest in forests in the district and belong to the municipality of Bomlitz). The Eibia is a landscape conservation area and has much to offer, such as Neolithic burial mounds, Borger Castle from the early Middle Ages and the historic Cordinger Mill. The writer Arno Schmidt lived in an old manor house at the mill after the Second World War, where he wrote some of his works. (I have been on some guided walks and have information booklets to look at)
The Weltvogelpark is about 3 km away, the Heidepark km and the Serengetipark 15 km. A go-kart track and the Snow Dom are 40 km away and the Magicpark Verden 27 km. The Tietlingen golf course is 4 km away and the Bomlitz open-air swimming pool is only 1 km away. If you still feel like shopping, you can go to the Soltau Outlet Centre 20 km away.

Relaxed vacation near the Lüneburg Heath
Thanks to the many photos, you can get a clear picture of the beautifully furnished apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. We immediately felt comfortable.
The attic (2nd bedroom) can be reached via a space-saving staircase. It takes some getting used to at first. But the climb is worth it, the room is spacious and cozy.
At night, you can wonderfully observe the stars through the roof windows if the sky is clear.
By the way, you can also see the Combi supermarket from here, which is within walking distance in a few minutes. So you can easily cater for yourself.
In the kitchen, we found everything we needed for our two-week stay. (Even an electric wok - it's great)
Although Haus Mara is located near Cordinger Straße (the main road in Benefeld), it is still quite quiet there. Of course, you can hear the normal noises of a residential area during the day.
What also makes the location so nice is the walking distance to "Eibia". We liked to go for walks there, especially since the heath was in bloom in August.
Since our landlady lives on the ground floor herself, she was also easily accessible to us. Thanks to her warm nature, we felt very welcome.

Unkomplizierter Kontakt, tolle Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, ist ruhig gelegen und ein Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. Die Buchung war total unkompliziert, es war alles sauber und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super holiday flat!
I can only recommend the holiday flat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of - kettle, egg boiler, lots of spices and much more. The living room is very comfortably furnished, where we spent many a nice game and TV evening. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and the nature reserve is only a few hundred metres away and invites you to go jogging and hiking. The contact with the landlady was always friendly. We will be happy to come back.

Super Klasse

Ferienunterkunft
Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und man hat in der Umgebung viele Freizeitparks auch für kleine kinder ab 3 Jahren uns hat es super gefallen und unserem 3 jähriges Enkel auch wir hatten super viel Spaß.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gern weiter und wir werden wieder kommen.

Ein langes Wochenende an Pfingsten
Es war alles da, was man zum übernachten, kochen und ausruhen brauchte. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern da, 7 und 10 Jahre, die nicht gerade leise sind, da wir ein Haus haben und man keine Rücksicht nehmen muss, bei uns zu Hause. Dieses störte aber nicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und es gab sogar Begrüssunsgetränke im Kühlschrank. Vogelpark ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir sehen uns bestimmt mal wieder. Nochmal ein herzlichen Dank und alles Gute! Das, was ich wollte, habe ich bekommen.
Einfach sich ein paar Tage von der Außenwelt abschotten war mein Ziel ohne dabei einsam und allein in der Natur zu wohnen und die Voraussetzungen wurden erfüllt.
Sehr nette Vermieterin, schöne Ferienwohnung, Einkauf und Testzentrum gleich um die Ecke und schöne Gassirunden durfte ich während meines Aufenthaltes genießen. Danke. Sehr gern wieder.

Toller Familienurlaub in Traumwohnung
Top ausgestattete moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit allem was man braucht.
Fußläufig entfernt befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, man kann auch super spazierengehen, der Wald liegt auch direkt um die Ecke. Alle Parks sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, der Vogelpark Walsrode ist in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen, wir haben den Serengeti Park und den Heide Park besucht, die Fahrtzeit dauerte je ca. 30 Minuten. Ebenso waren wir in Hamburg, es war eine Strecke von ca. 100 km, auch Bremen und Hannover sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Eine super liebe hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ganz herzlichen Dank, wir kommen wieder.
