Description

The bungalow has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, as well as small appliances and dishes.
There is a shower and a separate toilet.
In the living room, a wood-burning stove provides coziness. The bungalow offers space for four people (one double bed and two single beds). Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, dishes) can be provided free of charge upon request.

Location and surroundings of object

The bungalows are located on the spacious property of the landlords. Pälitzhof is picturesquely and quietly situated on a side street about 2 km from Wustrow. The village consists of only a few houses. About 250 m from the property is the shore of Lake Pälitz with a bathing beach. The landscape here is characterized by gentle hills created by the Ice Age and the numerous lakes. In the village itself, pasture farming is practiced (cows, sheep). Pälitzhof is a tiny village in the south of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Next to the large Pälitzsee, where the rowboat is located, there are also some small lakes in the area, e.g. the Trünnsee, around which we can offer a guided hike.
In Pälitzhof you are right in the middle of nature, there is no through traffic here, at least not on land, because the village is at a dead end. An ideal place for all who want to recover from hustle and bustle and let nature take its effect on them. In spring you can observe cranes here and in autumn collect mushrooms. Since a mushroom expert belongs to the family, you may also be lucky enough to get expert advice here.

However, anyone expecting a developed infrastructure with pubs, cinemas, or discos is in the wrong place; all of this can only be reached by car.

In July and August, booking of individual weekends is only possible in case of booking gaps. When booking a single weekend (Fri-Sun), a weekend surcharge of 20 euros applies. The following applies for Ascension Day and Whitsun: If the holidays are booked alone, the higher main season rate applies (220 euros for Ascension Day and 160 euros for Whitsun incl. 4 or 3 nights with ), if booked beyond the holidays, the off-season rate applies for the entire period.
The municipality of Wustrow has decided to introduce a visitor's tax of probably 1.20 euros per person per day.

Pets are welcome, however you are required to ensure that your dog does not soil the premises. Out of consideration for the other guests, we also ask you to leash your dog if someone feels disturbed. The premises are not fenced, but if necessary we can offer you a mobile fence.
