he house has 10 beds in 5 double rooms. (+ 2 extra beds) The house also has 2 bathrooms. The house has more than enough storage space for everything travellers bring with them and a 430-litre freezer for caught fish. The spacious house is located on a small farm. From the house you can experience breathtaking scenery and views of the whole area. The whole area offers very good opportunities for hiking in the forests and mountains. You are also welcome to experience the beautiful landscape from the sea. Boats belonging to the house can be rented. On good days it takes less than 15 minutes by boat from the quay to good fishing spots in the Edøyfjord, one of the better fishing spots in Norway. (Trondheimsleia). As a registered fishing tourism company, you can take home 18 kg of fish. We have 20-foot Øien boats with 50 hp and Lowrance sonar and 21-foot GJ690 aluboats with 80 hp for hire

Trips from the cottage are also to places like the famous Atlanterhavsvegen and Gripøya and the fantastic, somewhat unknown Aursjøvegen with Eikesdalen and Mardalsfossen. This is a wonderful trip with breathtaking views. A longer fantastic day trip is of course a cruise on the famous Geirangerfjord. If you drive from the holiday home over the famous Trollstigen to Geiranger, you will probably never forget it. A trip to the Atlantic Park in Ålesund can be great. Remember that some tourist destinations are only open in summer and early autumn.

Blue Holiday House

We went on a fishing vacation with the family; the weather left much to be desired, but you can't choose that, so we made the best of it.
Fish were caught in abundance.
Jan Erik is super nice and friendly; he also gives great tips on where to catch good fish.

Hello, my name is Jan Erik Stabben, and together with my wife Svetlana Stabben I rent out this lovely holiday home. Before the 2021 summer season, we are also expecting another holiday home, which we will introduce later. We live here on the Stabben farm on the island of Stabblandet in the municipality of Aure. An island with fantastic nature and good fishing opportunities.
