The large apartment has two bedrooms with 5 beds, a living/dining room with an emergency bed, and a bathroom.
The small apartment has two beds in one bedroom as well as an emergency bed in the living/dining room. It is also equipped with its own bathroom.
The house is fully equipped except for bed linen and towels (these can, however, be rented from the German management).
Satellite TV, audio system, and washing machine are available.

A green "oasis" in a beautiful hillside location with excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Penon d'Ifach and Calpe.
The house is not directly on a street and is therefore very quiet and very private!
From the house to the beach or Calpe center is only a few minutes drive.
A car is - due to the Hanglage- absolutely necessary. Calpe is on the Costa Blanca with two beautiful sandy beaches and two long beach promenades.
The symbol of Calpe is the Penon Ifach D`, a chalk cliff of 332m from the Mediterranean Sea and extends from the one an excellent view - has up to IBIZA - in good weather.
The former sleepy fishing village a lively small tourist town has become, however, with its romamntischen Alstadt, the small bars and restaurants and the fishing port has retained its old attractions.
In addition to the bath life of the excellent white sand beaches, which are equipped with showers, and sports equipment for young and old, the holiday finds a beautiful hinterland.
Provides the coast a great opportunity with coves and cliffs, thus keeping the hinterland with beautiful gorges, long covered rivers and green fields and Pantagen on the mountain slopes, a nice alternative for various Aussflüge ready.
It offers visitors wonderful Retaurants and colorful weekly and flea markets.
Also for the self-catering is provided in Calpe. There is a unique collection of well-known supermarkets, the desired - and also let his this yet so ausgefallen- open.

Small house with a great view
We were here on vacation last year. The house has a standard furnishing that was chosen so that it doesn't get dirty quickly with creams, etc. (rattan furniture, etc.) The pool was cleaned regularly. The manager speaks German. The view is great; you can see all of Calpe with the distinctive rocks in the middle. A car is definitely needed for the house. Conclusion: Those who are not looking for high-end, spend most of their time outdoors, and want peace will find a good place here.

Small, cozy house with acceptable furnishings.
Washing machine, television with reception of German channels, small music system. No high-end, but completely sufficient.
The view over the city is unique. The balcony or terrace invites you to sit together comfortably in the evenings while enjoying the beautiful view.
The pool is in good condition and is regularly cleaned. As mentioned, it is not a villa with high-end amenities, but everything you need is available. Most of the time, you spend outside anyway in the nice weather :-)
Absolutely recommended, would love to come again.
