Family vacation

We had wonderful days as a family. Upon arrival, we were thrilled by the beautiful ambiance and the quiet location. The house itself is in excellent condition, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back. All in all, a thoroughly successful vacation, both relaxing and varied at the same time. We can absolutely recommend Villa Favola and will definitely come back gladly.

A very beautiful chalet. Equipped with all necessary utensils. We had a very nice time. The facility is also great. Close to the beach. Shopping options are also nearby. We were here with 2 dogs and it worked wonderfully. Would love to come again.

A completely successful week in a great house!!!

We booked at the last minute and found a very nice house that leaves nothing to be desired.
Fully equipped kitchen (appliances and also a basic supply of spices, etc.); comfortable made-up beds, generally comfortably furnished (underfloor heating in the bathroom, pellet stove, air conditioning, electric). Markise): spacious bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins and toilet, a separate guest toilet, a decent couch, large dining table with comfortable chairs, garden shed with an additional refrigerator, where we also stored our bikes, large terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers, and another table with chairs. The garden is secluded and fenced. Very good for us as we traveled with a dog. The facility itself is very quiet and relaxing. Everything (beach, supermarket, Renesse itself) is accessible by bike in no time.
The contact with our landlords was very nice and warm.
We felt very comfortable and will come back. Absolutely recommendable.

Everything you need

The holiday home is modernly furnished and has everything you need. The garden is (almost) securely fenced for dogs. The house is located in a smaller bungalow park on the edge of the holiday area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and about 30 minutes to the town center of Renesse. A supermarket is very close by. The contact with the landlord was very nice, and we would book the house again.

Delightful and comfortable stay

We enjoyed Nippertje. Beautiful from the outside and inside, and modernly decorated: comfortable and a lot of privacy. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two beds (which can also be pushed together), and one bedroom with one bed. Wonderful beds with matching comforters. Everything of very good quality.

Two toilets, in the hallway and in the bathroom. A nice large luxury bathroom with plenty of space and a wonderful shower.

In the beautiful kitchen, everything needed is available, with... a large combination refrigerator!
A beautiful enclosed garden (great if you have young children) with no view of neighbors, featuring both a large table to sit at (on the veranda) and a comfortable lounge garden set! There is also a shed where bicycles can be stored.

Within cycling distance of Renesse and the beach, and via a beautiful cycling route, you can reach Burgh Haamstede in 30 minutes. We had very good communication during our stay and at our departure, and we would love to come back!

Comfortable holiday home in Renesse

't Nippertje is a lovely, comfortable holiday home in a vacation park just outside Renesse. The house is very well equipped and even has 2 toilets (which I have never experienced before in a holiday home). It is also nice that you don't have to bring any linens because everything is provided and the beds are made when you arrive. You have a designated parking space (which is very nice when it's busy; we were there out of season so it's less of an issue) and there are handy transport carts available for moving your belongings from the parking lot to the bungalow (you can't drive to the house). The house is located on the edge of the park and is also very suitable for going with dogs (we went with 2 small dogs). The garden is fenced in, and right behind it is a green strip where (at least my) dogs can run around nicely. They can of course do that at the beach, which is within walking distance (a walk there takes about 20 minutes).
We got to know the contact person Max Medes de Leon and (more or less by chance) also met his brother, mother, and father. All equally friendly.
Oh yes... in the house manual it states that dogs should not be left unattended there. It turned out to be allowed, which was convenient for our dinners out (great for us and the dogs). And if you want to eat at home, know that there are plenty of herbs available in the kitchen. We enjoyed ourselves, and the icing on the cake was the fantastic weather for this time of year (early April). We had lovely days and remember our stay in Renesse with great pleasure!

Great accommodation for a fall vacation.

We were in Nippertje with two dogs in mid-October and enjoyed every minute. The house is located in a very quiet part of a manageable holiday home area without car traffic on the outskirts of Renesse. The nearest beach section can be reached in 10 minutes via a beautiful footpath - and it is not overcrowded like the sections directly next to the center of Renesse. One can walk for kilometers along the beach in either direction. In October, there were still some beach bars open, where one could enjoy a great view of the North Sea on their terrace. Alternatively, you can walk through the dunes or ride a bike.
The house itself leaves nothing to be desired: a pellet stove and underfloor heating in the bathroom provide cozy warmth in the colder months. The kitchen is well-equipped, everything is very clean and modern. The garden is completely fenced and not visible, so dogs can run here without worry.
The contact with the landlord was very nice and warm - also when we had questions in between, we received an immediate response and support.
We would be happy to return to Nippertje at any time :-)

Great holiday home for families with dog

Very nice and clean house with a fenced garden, ideal for holidays with a dog and family. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, even a wood pellet stove for cooler days is available. Additionally, there is a large hammock and a table tennis table in the outdoor area, which we used daily. :)
The beautiful, quiet beach can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
Moreover, friendly and very helpful landlords who were available at any time. What more could one want?
For us, the perfect vacation and time to relax, would gladly do it again!

A very nice accommodation, in a great location!

We stayed in this very nice accommodation with two adults, a child, and a dog, where we were able to spend just under a week. All email communication with the landlord beforehand was reliable, as responses were always prompt. Upon arrival, we were greeted very friendly and found a very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The fenced and not visible from the outside garden, as well as the wonderful peace that surrounded us, are worth mentioning. We walked to the beach daily, about 15 minutes on foot. Overall, it was a very relaxed and restful vacation! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful accommodation in a great location! We will come back! :-)

We were there for the second time. The location is simply fantastic, with a short walk before breakfast to quickly reach the most beautiful beach. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained and very quiet. There is a large parking lot for the car. Insect screens are installed on most windows, so you can always leave the windows open. Very pleasant! Everything you need is available. A supermarket is within walking distance. But to get bread there, the landlords provided us with a bicycle for free. :-) The very nice and helpful landlords were always available. Even when we had to leave earlier, it was not a problem. The security deposit was always refunded very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Beautiful oasis of tranquility in the storm.

The bungalow is an ideal place to enjoy the last days of October, characterized by clouds, wind, rain and even sun, in a quiet location.

The bungalow park is located in the west of Renesse, a bit outside. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the fascinatingly wide beach. Very convenient for me as a dog owner.

The house is very nicely equipped. It has been tastefully renovated. The pellet stove always provided a pleasant atmosphere. Especially during the storm that we were able to experience.

I can only recommend the house. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

I will gladly come back!

We had spent a very nice Pentecost weekend there, traveling with our daughter-in-law and our son, we were five people plus our dog. The accommodation was very modern and clean, we lacked nothing. Beautiful holiday

It was not our first stay in Renesse, but by far the best so far! We were very well received right from the start and were able to enjoy a relaxed, decelerating and completely beautiful week. The house is in top condition, everything is spotlessly clean and the location is really great. The furniture, bicycles and everything else in the house are also wonderful. In short: We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime - our dogs too :-)

Great Family Beach Vacation

The holiday home with a fenced plot is located in a very beautiful car-free park. The transport of luggage from your own parking space to the house is short and very manageable thanks to the available transport carts.

The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished. You will find everything you need and the electrical appliances are high quality and new. We found the house to be super clean. The beds were made and towels were plentiful (including kitchen towels). The path to the beach takes about 15 minutes on foot, while by bike you can reach it in about 5 minutes on the nearly car-free path. In front of the park is a bus stop for a shuttle bus that runs daily during the high season and takes you for free to the center of Renesse or to the beach.

Near the park, there is a small supermarket and the Julianenhoeve campsite. On the campsite, there is another supermarket, a nice restaurant, and a fantastic large playground for the kids. We had a very nice holiday where the check-in and check-out by the landlord was also handled very well. Overall, the house is recommendable and we will definitely come back!

A weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend in this cottage. It looks great. Spacious, with a fenced garden, which was nice for our dogs. It has a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, the bedrooms look neat. The kitchen is not large, but you can cook well in it. The beach is 800 meters away. In short, a top cottage. Thanks, Max, and I will definitely come back again.
