This spacious and modernly equipped villa with a living space of 300 m² is located on a 3000 m² large estate, where everyone can find a place to relax and enjoy nature. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay with up to 14 people, with every luxury and all amenities you expect from a premium accommodation. The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a gym, a sauna, a large wine cellar, and a heated pool with a beautiful whirlpool. For families, there is a children's playground, while adults can enjoy the many terraces, the summer kitchen, and several pavilions for outdoor relaxation.
The villa is functionally designed, as the room layout is well thought out and provides comfort on every floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom that is ideal for guests who also want to use the sauna, and a spacious wine cellar, perfect for social gatherings. The air-conditioned wine cellar is the heart of the house, where family and friends can enjoy a glass of wine in a pleasant atmosphere. The ground floor also features a fireplace designed for cooking enthusiasts and a practical kitchen for smaller meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, air-conditioned, and equipped with televisions to provide each guest with privacy and relaxation. In total, there are six bedrooms available—one on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and three on the second floor. Five bedrooms have double beds, the sixth is equipped with a large sofa bed. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a central living area on the first floor with a kitchen and living room, the heart of the villa. The living room is bright and spacious, with a modern leather sofa, a large TV, and a hi-fi system for relaxed movie nights or musical accompaniment for social evenings. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an American refrigerator with an ice maker. The villa has three bathrooms, each designed to offer maximum comfort. On the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom near the bedroom and the sauna, making it easily accessible. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with modern design, featuring two sinks, a shower, a toilet, and a corner whirlpool tub. A unique feature of this bathroom is the built-in TV, which allows for entertainment during a relaxing bath. On the second floor, there is another bathroom with a sink, shower, and an additional bathtub, providing various relaxation options. Towels are available in all bathrooms to ensure a carefree stay.
The modern villa is particularly suitable for outdoor enjoyment in the summer. In the large garden, which is planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, there is a 60 m² heated pool with a whirlpool where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Next to the pool are two pavilions: one with a summer kitchen that provides everything you need for meal preparation (large fireplace, stove, oven, refrigerator), and the other is equipped with a lounge set for relaxation. You can enjoy your holidays by the pool without going inside the house, with the convenient summer kitchen and lounge chairs under umbrellas. The children will love the nearby playground where they can play while the parents keep an eye on them.

Family vacation
The accommodation was to our complete satisfaction. Our landlord helped us on every occasion, we could contact him at any time. He even brought us a pig on request, ready to eat. We would rent the house again at any time.
