The apartment is located on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator), cozily and individually furnished. In the living room there is a wall unit with a fold-down bed (140 x 200), 2 leather sofas with coffee table, a dining table with 2 chairs (directly at the serving hatch to the kitchen), as well as 1 television. The separate bedroom consists of a box-spring bed 1.60 x 2.00 m (guests with their own linens need 2 fitted sheets 0.80 m x 2.00 m for the mattresses in the bedroom and one continuous fitted sheet 1.40 x 2.00 m for the living area) and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror attached. There is also a second TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is also appreciated at home. For example. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as sufficient cutlery, glasses and dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a round shower, a towel warmer, washbasin, wall cabinet and a mirrored cabinet. In the hallway you will find additional cupboard space, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The balcony is furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The parking space with the number 17 (see picture) is covered. Free Wi-Fi without registration is also available.

The house - Nordland - is centrally located in Westerland. The train station as well as the centre and the beach promenade can be reached in a few minutes. A bakery and an EDEKA market are practically around the corner. A DIALYSIS FACILITY IS LOCATED IN THE NEIGHBOURING HOUSE.

Cancellation terms:
In the normal case, the following applies: If the tenant cancels his rental agreement, the property owner’s claim is 80% of the rental price up until 8 days before the start of the rental period. If a termination is made with a notice period starting from 7 days before the beginning of the rental, the full rental price is due. This is minus saved expenses which were not incurred due to the non-utilization of the services, such as booked linen packages, spa taxes, and final cleaning fees.
