The garden is located on a pond with an unobstructed view from the living room. Fishing is possible. The villa is situated in a quiet area at the end of a dead end street.
The garden consists mainly of lawns of about 400 m ².

Location and surroundings of object
Our villa is located in a 5-star villa park on the Banjaard in Kamperland in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
The villa is built on an area of 1200 m² and has a beautiful garden by a pond. The villa has a private parking space. The area is completely fenced in so that children can play safely.
The villa park has a main building in which the reception is located. In the cafeteria you can enjoy a snack and a drink. There is a mini golf course, a swimming pool (15 x 8 m) and 2 tennis courts. "Koos Kaninchen" is happy to perform for our little guests. There are also several playgrounds in the park, which can be reached via quiet walking paths.
The beach is also nearby: A short walk of about 400 metres takes you over the dike to the "cleanest beach of the Netherlands". You can also use our handcart, with which you can easily transport many things to and from the beach.

Cancellation terms:
(1) If canceled at least 60 days before arrival, you will receive 100% back. If canceled between 30 and 60 days before arrival, you will receive 50% back. Otherwise, no refund will be given. (2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price. (3) A cancellation can only be made in writing. We work with a voucher in Covid-19 situations.

Environment:
From the dune and beach you look northwards to Neeltje Jans. This island is accessible via the barrier dam, part of the impressive Delta Works. In Burgh Haamstede, is a mountain bike track.
Towards the south, the wide sandy beach leads you to Vrouwenpolder. On foot, either by bike or by bicycle, you can watch the surfers on the Veerse Meer drift with the wind. Or what would you think of a visit to the historic old town of Veere?
Special features:
A brick grill is built in the beautiful garden. On request of our guests we offer the following optional laundry packages: Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. To round off the holiday feeling, you can order the "bed making service".
