Our vacation home is situated in a quiet, unspoilt location with a direct view of the sea.
The center of Sukosan is 500 m away, the beach can be reached on foot in 5 min (200m) .
The property is generously laid out, so that there are enough possibilities for parking (large carport). Shopping can be done in the village of Sukosan.
Our vacation house has two separate self-contained apartments (80sqm max 6 pers & 50sqm max 4 pers) on the second floor. In both apartments all living/bedrooms as well as the dining room are equipped with large balconies facing the sea

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If cancellation is made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the trip, the rental agreement becomes void. The tenant will be refunded the amount paid up to that point, minus 25% of the total rental price. In the event of later cancellation, the tenant is obliged to pay the full price. If it is possible to rent out the apartment to someone else for the same period and under the same conditions, the tenant will be refunded the amount paid up to that point, minus a processing fee of €50.

Relaxing vacation
We were on-site for 10 days. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. View from the balcony of the sea. Restaurant, beach, etc. all easily accessible on foot. We also really liked the warm welcome from the landlords. We would love to come back.
