Villa Casa Ahoi is well equipped and modern 90 sqm villa with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Amazing sea views and pebble beach in front of the villa and restaurant next to the villa (30 m ). The quiet and typical Mediterranean environment gives you a special relaxing feeling.
The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, a living room with TV, A/C, sofa, dining area for 4, and a terrace with covered outdoor dining area with electric barbecue, two relaxing egg chairs and amazing sea and pool views. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer next to the entrance.
The first floor offers a bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a lounge corner (shared with bedroom 2), amazing sea views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200 (can separate into 2 single beds), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and the same terrace as bedroom No 1.
The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 6m x 3,5m (21sqm) with a hydro massage, 4 sun deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. From the sun deck area, you have amazing beach views.
The property size is 335sqm and there is a secured parking place for 2 cars on the property.

In the middle-ages Omiš was a well-known pirate town. The history it hides and nature’s beauty that surrounds it makes this little pearl a great spot for a heavenly vacation
